Just received another supply of duck and veg for my little rescue westie Ted. He had terrible tummy problems when we first got him and Sue was so helpful with nutritional advice. TROPHY duck and veg is the only food which Ted can tolerate and his tummy is perfect whilst using it. His coat is in lovely condition too. I highly recommend Matt at Trophy Torbay. He is very passionate about getting the right food for your dog. He takes into account all factors from exercise to skin/ stomach complaints and gives you samples to try first. After trying everything for my rescue dog including the raw meat diet (all of which made her skin and stomach flare up), Matt has found a food she can eat. Over 4 years we have used Matt with no more skin and stomach issues. He always brings the food with a smile come rain, sun or snow!! Most importantly though is my dog loves him!

Matt Trophy Torbay is very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. All my dogs have done very well on Trophy dried food. Deliveries are on the specified day and Matt kindly takes the heavy bags into the garage for me. He came as soon as he could the one time I needed something in a hurry. Marc that covers East Sussex is great! Realised I was on the verge of running out of food and he came the same afternoon after contacting him in the morning. Fantastic customer service and always with a smile. My dog has the Trophy Special range and loves it, he is a bouncy dog (puppy) and since changing his food to this he has calmed right down! Cannot recommend Marc or Trophy Pet foods enough :)

Hartford branch are extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to business with. My four dogs love the food and are extremely healthy. It's suitable for dogs that have a temperamental digestive system.

Excellent all round customer service from Marion. She diarises when I'll need to buy more dog food, and then delivers it promptly after ordering. We couldn't ask for better service! Good value for money, with many options if your dogs have specific tastes.

My 2year old Golden Retriever loves his Trophy Premium food he’s been on it since he was a puppy l would and have recommended Trophy food to other people. Matt is very knowledgeable about these foods and about dogs in general he certainly helped us , he sends a text to see if we need a delivery but is never pushy.

I can not praise Matt and the company enough. We have a Labrador with a hypersensitive stomach and all other hypoallergenic foods tried and failed. Matt came out and met with the dogs and discussed their needs and we have not looked back. We are constantly getting stopped and praised for how well they look as with the food and the great advice from Matt ensures their waistlines are kept trim.

Matt has on many occasions gone above and beyond .Only today I ran out of dog food. I text Matt early this morning and got home tonight to find the bag delivered. I know he must have gone out of his way to deliver today as he was not due in our area til tomorrow. Matt has always been very helpful,knowledgeable and has looked after us extremely well. I deal with Matt at Trophy Torbay and must say it's a faultless service. Brings food right to the door on a regular basis, keeps in touch regularly to see how we are getting on and how our dogs are. We changed to trophy a while ago now and will never look back. Dogs get on great with it (2 cocker spaniels) and always recommended people to him. His advice is amazing and really knows his stuff.

Since meeting Matt in Torbay and consulting on my pups nutrition I have not bought from anywhere else. With a pedigree pup who was a little poop happy I was unsure on what to do. Spending out rediculous amounts on what I thought was top quality food was getting me down.
