We have been using Trophy pet foods since our dog was a puppy. That's now 8 years! John at Trophy Southampton is fabulous! I send him a quick e-mail to let him know we are running low and he knows where to leave it and what do if we are not in. He's an absolute superstar because on more than one occasion we've run very low and he's gotten my dogs food to me super quick. Everyone comments on how healthy our dog looks which shows he's eating the food that is right for him. For me it is literally no effort as I just have to ping an e-mail....Job Done!

I have used Trophy Pet Food for a number of years my golden retriever is now well over 15 years old. Her joints certainly improved when I started using it and I am sure that's why she still enjoys her walks now. John at Trophy Dorset is brilliant always friendly very very helpful. John and Marie couldn't have done more for me when my dog became ill, they swapped and tried lots of different foods for me till we found the right balance and gave loads great advice. Matt Trophy Torbay is absolutely amazing! Highly recommended for his reliability, service, friendliness, knowledge, kindness, the list goes on! My fli (Border Collie) loves the food. She is on the premium range, and this has been the only food that has settled her very sensitive stomach. They have food to suit ever type of dog and feeding issues, along with price range, and a van full off goodies to treat your beloved furry babies too, straight to your door! What more do you want! I have been a loyal customer for years and I will never change! I'm sure there when the time comes we will go back to the puppy range again and go through the process all over again 🙂. Oh, you can even get your dog chipped at home with Matt too!! 🥰 Seriously can't recommend him enough!!!!!

This time last year I had never heard of trophy. We had to have a 13 year old westie put to sleep due to a mass in his stomach as just one of many reasons. We had already decided to get him a friend, he couldn't hold on to meet her. Anyway because of this I put a lot of research into what food to go for, matt trophy torbay has been amazing. From changing to adult food or how much to feed our springador, he even gave us great advice on training. We have definitely made the right choice and would recommend matt's services to anyone.

I have found that when I phone or text for a reorder it is delivered within 24 hours. Which is very good in my view.
