Having known Matthew (Trophy Torbay) for many years, had Trophy products - with their excellent quality in the past, alongside knowing how amazing and totally committed Matt is at what he does, contacted him when our new puppy arrived! He has simply gone above and beyond in offering advice, support and information for us with new puppy, Maisie. Trophy puppy food is loved by her and she will be without hesitation a ‘trophy dog’. We have been using Trophy food for over 8 years now and Matthew (trophy Torbay) has always been super helpful with food ideas and his tips are great too. Heard about trophy pets through a friend. My staffie loves her food now as she has been very fussy in the past. Duck and veg has gone down a treat with a bit of tinned meat also supplied from trophy pets. Ian is my rep that delivers the food, he is friendly and been very helpful. A big bonus is they deliver to your door so saving on fuel. Also they contact you when they think you need more food. 😊

Changed my dogs over recently, got advice from Chris at We Pet Care. . My dogs are 9 years old so thought it may be hard to change but the transition was easy as they much preferred the taste. Got the hypoallergenic as my Cocker can suffer with upset tummy but he has been fine on it and nice and solid.

Had another delivery from Marc yesterday.so lovely to get my dog food delivered to my door, have cuppa and a chat about the best nutrition for my dogs too. You don't have to give Marc a cuppa but I like to as his knowledge and expertise is invaluable.....Happy dogs....Happy owner

Sharon always provides an excellent service, she knows when we need more and we are able to find a mutual agreeable way of collecting/ delivering as we both work full time. Our youngest dog had trouble tolerating other dog foods and only managed to tolerate canagan, but trophy is just as good and much cheaper. We also like supporting local business people , I’d recommend both the food and Sharon herself

Matt has brought the best quality products for my Mad Working Cocker ,Solo, for over 7 Years and in all that time he has been totally reliable, knowledgeable, Honest and trustworthy, he has never let me down in providing great service ,regardless when I text him, when I have suddenly realised I’m running low on food for solo. Solo was shall we say Challenging puppy but Matt was always there with great advice and encouragement but most of all with a smile. I now have the best companion ever in Solo. I am Zanzie, a very bouncy four year old Weimaraner, Mr Matt from Torbay has been bringing me my dinners for three and a half years now. He also ensures that the sensitive range is still working for me with my funny tummy, but it can be a bit embarrassing when he asks mom about my toileting, however this just goes to show how much he cares about each of his customers. Mr Matt always encourages my mom to discuss any problems I may have no matter how trivial offering advice where appropriate or suggesting I contact the help line or my vet if necessary.
