Catherine has been brilliant. I first went to Catherine after my dog suffered with two bouts of pancreatitis and needed to go onto a low fat diet. We chatted her condition through and Catherine recommended a dog food which suited our dogs needs. Our dog never suffered from pancreatitis again after we made the change. We now have a puppy and Catherine has been advising on what is best for breed, size and age. Our dog loves her new food! The food is always delivered promptly and is great value. I have recommended Catherine to a few friends as I totally trust her and her advice with regards to my fur babies!

It was an absolute drama to find the right food for our border collie puppy. We have tried nearly all the best brands available on the market but Murphy was not interested in anything. We were about to start cooking the food for our puppy when our friend recommended us Matt. Matt paid us a home visit. Carefully examined our puppy, shared his own dog experience and left us with a lot of samples of food try out. It worked. Murphy found his favorite one and today, 5 months later he is still enjoying every bit of it. Murphy is an energetic dog, always in a great mood with a shiny coat, bright eyes, and a bushy, happy tail :-) Matt is always there when we need him. He is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. We would highly recommend Matt to any dog owner! Thank you Matt!

Matt in Torbay really is a credit to you. He’s so knowledgeable and asks how Oliver is. If I have a week off and he delivers, he takes time to chat over coffee and catch up with his furry friend. I’ve been a loyal customer of Matt Trophy Torbay for as long as I’ve had Indie (6+ years). I’d recommend him to anyone, and have converted several of my friends! All of which are equally impressed. Matt’s product knowledge and customer service is above and beyond. When Indie suffered a severe allergic reaction, his support was outstanding. He kept in touch daily, had loads of advice and was so determined to get her food right, he didn’t charge me for anything we tried until we nailed it. Matt has a fantastic knowledge on dog foods, and is very honest about such. He fully answered all of our questions about trophy foods and did so without being biast. ( talking about standard range packages against other brands etc) Matt is very approachable and has is not pushy at all. We found it fantastic how he gave us the information and left us to have a read and decide. Even more so to come and meet our Ruby. Ruby is very jumpy and Matt is fantastic at ignoring her as we do when she does so. Our Ruby has thrived whilst being on trophy foods and gets excited each time she hears her bowl. We would recommend trophy foods.

Trophy Pet foods Wessex Marion showed a keen and genuine interest in Dukie and the diet food that our vet was supplying. Marion went on to explain the health benefits of Trophy Pet Food and gave us a free sample. Which Dukie ate with gusto. He is on the weight loss programme with Trophy and is steadily losing weight. I have noticed that his coat shedding has decreased considerably too and the skin between his toes has returned to a natural colour and not pink as it was before. Thank you Marion. My new puppy was weaned on Trophy by his breeder so I decided to keep him on it when I brought him home and I am so glad I did because he looks amazing 6 months down the line. His coat is glossy with no scurf and is in amazing condition, even our Vet commented on how fabulous he looks. We now have our 9 year old dog on this too and she is the picture of health and can keep up quite easily with the puppy's enthusiasm! We have ours delivered by the lovely Tina Bingham for whom nothing is too much trouble, even at very short notice when I don't remember to order until I've nearly run out!! She is always very accommodating and makes sure we have plenty. It makes such a difference having someone knowledgeable about nutrition available to speak to about any concerns there and then. Would highly recommend.

He came highly recommended by my friends and dog behaviourist and I can see why .I have a very boisterous Derrhound cross lurcher with a lot of health issues. Matt Trophy Torbay...Nothing is too much trouble and always willing to go that extra mile. because of the bad winter, this year I stocked up in preparation but Matt said not to worry, he would get my food to me in his 4 x 4 if need be. But the title says it all.

Can't fault the service from Tina Bingham my local Trophy Pet Food supplier. Not only am I absolutely confident in the quality of the pet foods and treats available, but Tina's expertise and advice when one of our dogs was poorly was most welcome and helpful. In addition to all of this, I can phone my order through and have it delivered to my door at a mutually convenient time. Highly recommended.

Not only is Trophy food a high quality kibble and wet food, but our dogs absolutely love it. People frequently comment on how healthy they look. I wouldn’t feed my precious pooches anything else! In addition to that, the food is delivered by Tina or Graham Bingham free of charge, with no minimum order and always with a smile. What Tina doesn’t know about pet food isn’t worth knowing. She has a vast knowledge of all the products she sells, knowing which food would suit your dog and budget best. I can’t recommend the food or them highly enough.
