Amazing service from Exceptional AV, the speakers I wanted turned out to be out of stock but rather than decline my order leaving me with disappointment they decided to give the option of purchasing a newer model at a substantial discount. Many thanks to Karl Ford for his help and advice, his is a credit to Exceptional AV and gives me hope that there are still decent companies around that are willing to serve and go above and beyond for their customers.

originally ordered Monitor Bronze 5, no longer available, given great deal on Monitor Bronze 6 200 Unfortunately the colour I wanted wasn't in stock and expected to be a week or so, they arrived within 3 days. Kept informed through whole purchasing experience. Postage was refunded. Fantastic service, will definitely look here first next time.
