Took too long to refund me when I returned the item. Despite the fact that they received the item on Monday, they promised to refund on Tuesday. I called back on Friday and they are yet to initiate the refund.

Ordered Bose Speaker brackets, they were £ 2:00 each cheaper than other outlets, paid for via pay pal, next day deliver, to be told via e-mail, 3 to 4 day wait from their supplier, If it were clear not in stock before ordered/paid for, l would have gone elsewhere ( l will next time) not very happy
