The deal as the other poor reviews. I placed an order and then heard nothing. After I contacted them they cancelled my order with no explanation. They are happy to take the money even when they cannot honour your order.....

Ordered a product online a competitive price two days later email to say they can't honour the price just gave me 5% off next order very misleading company

Three days after placing an order, for items that their website attested to being in stock and available for 'next day delivery', I get a bland, 'character-less', eMail from the parent company (whose domain name is nowgroupuk.com) that simply says "We're sorry to cancel your order... " and telling me "we're unable to obtain stock of the Onkyo Receiver ordered..." and that I have been awarded entitlement to a 5% discount on the occasion of a future order (no likelihood of that ever happening!) My money won't be back in the bank for days, because these weasels use Sagepay as an intermediary, whereas I had expected the goods in question to arrive by tomorrow. Read their other one and two star reviews, they commonly engage in the same practice. What a disgusting company to do business with, I knew I should have stuck to using my local branch of Richer Sounds...

First time buy from Exceptional Audio. Purchased the Pro-Ject Essential 3(black) Blue Tooth Turntable in a flash sale. £299. Placed order on a Sunday and received on Tuesday. Throughout my purchasing experience Exceptional AV responded to my enquiries and queries swiftly. My purchase was fantastic. First class record deck. I was so dubious about the Bluetooth link up quality regarding sound as this was my preferred way of listening via a Sony Home Theatre system. Well, all I can say is the quality is not a concern even to the point where I really want to know how got this is connected via the phone to an amp. Definitely was buy from Exceptional AV again. This is my second large Outback BBQ and I am a returning customer. I was slightly miffed that delivery was a couple of days longer than expected but with the virus and staff issues due to the virus it is hardly surprising.I bought a cover for the BBQ and found it to be good quality and fitted perfectly. The bottom of the cover has velcro straps on either side and they hold the cover in. Very good value for a good product.

I had not used this firm before but after reading the reviews decided to give it a try. Price was very competitive, delivery was free and speedy, communication with the company concerning the delivery was excellent and my purchase turned up less than 2 minutes after the earliest time given. Am I glad I bought the item from this firm, too true. As I buy many items on line it is always a pleasant surprise whe all the things that have been promised come true. Asked for some advice regarding purchase of Bluetooth turntable, Mark helped me, purchased and next day( today) received PRO-JECT III BT, brilliant absolutely brilliant, ease of set up was fabulous, more that can be said about my taste in music my wife and son say, still turn it up loud and I cannot hear them complain, thank you Exceptional AV, thank you PRO-JECT from 1 very very very very happy customer
