United Kingdom | 09 December 2023Lack of communication! During the process of our sale and purchase there was a lack of communication from our advisor, especially in the first 2/3 months. It’s like Graysons forgot how to communicate verbally, the only form of communication was through the app or email (thank goodness I am only 26 and can use technology!). When you did try and speak to the advisor over the phone the receptionist said they were busy or on lunch, on the very few occasions that I did get through I was made to feel stupid for asking for an update. Despite a lack of communication, Graysons speed to get the process complete was exceptionally quick. The professionalism in the email trail was also exceptional, it will certainly help if we do ever plan to move again.
