I had previously used Greysons and had a positive experience however this time it was a very different experience. The 1st completion date was missed due the solicitor not acting in a timely manner. A 2nd completion date was almost missed due to poor communication by the same solicitor. Fortunately myself, the mortgage advisor, estate agents and sellers pulled together to make it happen, however the process was far more stressful than it needed to be.
