Jonathan West always easy to get in touch with and good at explaining situations very helpful and kind and polite.

I chose a solicitor with a Sheffield office because wanted to be able to see someone face to face . I never did and things were done by e mail. There wasn't a lot of explanation by phone about advice and choices to be made. This increased anxiety over process. Process was professional but could have been more proactive and friendly.

I am very greatful for graysons solicitors because they did everything in limited time. Very responsive and good team.

A very straightforward process to produce a revised Will. Everything was fully explained and I was kept informed throughout. Grayson's representative (Will writer) came to the house, and was professional and polite. The fee was not the cheapest but it's all about how well a Will is written that is of paramount importance. Many thanks to all. I would highly recommend this company (Grayson's) rather than an online Will writing company.

I used Grayson's on several occasions for conveyancing, and most recently to have my will written. I needed it done relatively quickly as I was due to be having an emergency operation, unexpectedly. Katie birch dealt with everything for me. She was extremely efficient, and got everything done extremely quickly for me. Throughout the whole process, she was extremely friendly, professional and made me feel like a valued customer. All my questions were answered, as were all my emails and correspondence. Great service all round, all done in just over a week , on this occasion.

I found it difficult to talk to the solicitor dealing with the case. She didn’t reply to emails or phone calls. I spent time chasing her. I asked for explanations as I didn’t understand what was asked. No reply I actually spoke to another solicitor in the end. Terrible service. Never use your company again. Im aware of others saying the same. 🥲

They were very helpful and able to answer all my question,they offered to visit me at home when they realised I am disable.they explain all the paper work very clearly.
