Overall my experience with Greysons solicitors has been brilliant. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, knowledgeable and understanding. Some correspondence was delayed for various reasons and I did have to do a lot of chasing for results, but everything was explained fully, with reasons as to why there were delays, Jess was amazing for, start to finish, and I am extremely grateful for all her help along the way. I would recommend Greysons to anyone in the future. And know that if I need it I will be using them again for legal services.

Oh my Goodness. The lawyer we were given never returned telephone calls. It took three or four prompts to get her to return emails. Documents/names had serious misspellings. Settling a will dragged on months and months beyond the time that everything should have been over and done. I finally had to start a formal complaint, copying all the partners in the firm, to get things to begin to move ( two years after the decease of the person whose will it was).

They did what I asked.

Had no problems with the conveyancing work completed. More reasonably priced than some others and they got the job done. Seem like a reliable firm. Found communication quite poor: although my calls were always answered, I believe I managed to speak to my solicitor just once, possibly twice over the phone over 4 months, which was challenging given that I really needed someone to explain the process. Also seemed to take ages and constant hassling to get information on what was happening, with answers only forthcoming when the estate agents also contacted them. When I had issues after completion (on picking up keys) noone would help, they'd already washed their hands of it. The app was pointless as noone ever responded to messages. Would also have been better to have hard copies of documents alongside emails. Overall fair - no major issues but probably would go elsewhere next time
