Graysons were assigned to me through a no win, no fee claim for an accident I had which resulted in a serious ankle break. Tracy Dickinson was keen to take on my case as she thought I had over 51% of winning my claim. However, she then made a sudden turnaround after a couple of weeks and told me in a letter that my injuries would warrant a payment running into thousands yet she didn't think my claim would be successful after all. I think it was a typical case of solicitors speaking to each other and mixing in the same circles and therefore agreeing not to pursue my case. That's just my feelings because the turnaround from one minute thinking I'd be successful to suddenly, dropping my claim with no real substance behind her reasoning. I saw cctv footage of my accident and it was very clear I would have had grounds for a claim.
