Fantastic products & good customer service.

Brought 5 chairs of differing styles a couple of years ago and they were all fantastic. Recently had an issue with a couple of chairs (wood split) but contacted customer support and they were replaced right away with no charge

Beautiful wave chair, elegant & sturdy. The chair looks lovely in our spare bedroom. Communication with Francesca regarding delivery was exceptional. Delivery was good & being able to track the delivery time was extremely reassuring. Thank you to all the team .

Did exactly what they promised.

I placed an order on an item with an expected delivery time of 2 months. Unfortunately, I received no communication from the company regarding the status when the delivery window approached. I had to reach out to them directly to inquire about the delay, only to be informed that it would be further pushed back. Given the cost of the item, it would have been courteous to receive an update without having to follow up. When the item finally arrived, I was disappointed to find the quality was below expectations - there are noticeable nicks in the wood in prominent areas. At this point, given the extended wait and the overall disappointment, I don’t even want the hassle of returning it.

I was so excited to receive my order but the chair arrived damaged. There’s a rip in the velvet seat. Very disappointing after paying an extra £40 for delivery.

I bought a wave lounge chair from Six the residence in November. I received it on the date they promised (estimated delivery shown on website). As I had some concerns I contacted customer support and they kept me informed throughout the process. I'm delighted with the item, it looks gorgeous!

products are of very high quality, just like the pictures and are very well packaged so delivery does not damage or stain the product
