Dear Claire, I wanted to write to tell you how utterly amazing both of our drivers were yesterday. I can’t even explain adequately how wonderful both men were (Sharam and Constantine). Professional, kind, caring, responsible, knowledgeable and both true gentleman. They were so so sweet with all of the kids , and made them feel so welcome, comfortable and safe. They were absolutely heroic in ferrying 30 very loud and excitable 12 year olds all over London, and they knew exactly what they were doing. I was beyond impressed and thankful. They made the evening flow seamlessly and smoothly, and took a weight of my shoulders - I can’t thank them , and you, enough for making my daughter’s special day go off without a hitch. She said it was the best night of her life, and will always remember it. Please thank both gentlemen for me - they were absolutely superb and I am so very grateful to them both. Thanks to you also for helping me arrange this fantastic night with your fabulous Limousines. Thank you thank you .

Avoid this business at all cost. They make up prices then change their minds to make more money. Service is a shambles. I had a conversation with a lady in the morning. Was told a figure £595 rang back a few hours later to be told they would charge me another 500 to do the job that was originally quoted. I don’t know what type of fraudulent business is going on but I wouldn’t recommend at all. I’ve been working with party bus companies for years and I have never experienced a service so poor. Please be warned and avoid!!!!!

I'm depressed because due to my father's ill health I had to cancel our holiday in August I'm absolutely devastated of how I was treated by this company I paid deposit because we was originally going in big group we had booked pink hummer but due to dad's poor health I had to cancel I myself suffer spinal cord injuries and disabled too this holiday ment the world to me too now I tried to talk without crying on the phone hoping that the manager would show compassion towards my misfortunes of events you know what he told me he hurried me off the phone after I been in hospital all day he told me these things happen so that's life I'm shocked at how I was being treated felt bullied by this man he sounded like monster he didn't care at all leaving me devastated it's at their discretion it say under exceptional circumstances like I'm in now that the company may refund its only chicken changes to them but I ment nothing but total humiliation and devastated also discretion from them absolutely nothing how can people be so cruel I lost everything my holiday my money I'm devastated and cried all day because I let my whole party down I'm autistic too so to be shut down like I don't matter is the worst type of humanitarian unsustainable treated Iver ever received I'm utterly disappointed how can you say that at such devastated time to another person omg its only £250 there's no heart at all just cruel intentions they say that's life wow
