DO NOT USE!!! I booked the pink limo back in June and was sent photos via WhatsApp of the the exterior and interior. On the day, an old, white limo arrived. I had received NO correspondence to say that the pink one was no longer available so it was a shock. This was only the start! When we went inside the limo, it was incredibly tired and dated. There was rips on the seats which had been tapped up with black gaffa tape, the interior lights did not work, the music did not work and on the hottest day of the year, the Air Conditioning did not work!!!!! It was a hen party that had no music and we were all a sweaty mess by the time we got to our destination. I emailed the company and have had zero response. I called the company to be told that all complaints had to be emailed. I have emailed multiple times and have still had zero response nearly 2 months later. AVAOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Booked a limo, they gave me a price which I thought was high but I decided to go ahead, 2 days later I called again thinking that It was another company, they gave me a quote which was much less then the first price, I wasn't very happy so I identified myself because they thought I was a celebrity!!! I ask if they were going to do anything with the price, the lady was nice but the gentleman whi decided to take over the conversation was quite rude, I then asked for a refund because I didn't like his bullying attitude, he then said I wasn't getting my money back...!!!!

My siblings organised a party for my mum's 80th birthday and one of her request was to go in style by way of a limousine. We looked at several companies in West London and then found Easy Limo. The tile said it all. Easy Limo communicated well and responded to our queries. Our mum was so excited and felt like royalty arriving in a white limousine fully equipped and complete with champagne. My mum thoroughly enjoyed her experience which she was able to share with other guests. Thank you for delivering such a good service.

We were taken to ascot on a warm day only to discover the limousine had no air conditioning, in fact it was blowing out hot air so we had to have the windows wide open, which wasn’t too bad until we hit traffic then it was like a sauna. He was then over an hour late picking us up for the return journey and this was because he went and did another job. I had some words with the driver which he took offence at and then drove erratically and very fast throwing us around which resulted in someone hurting their arm which was bruised. This is a totally unprofessional company and I would avoid at all cost
