We used Easy Limo for our Valentine day . we booked the service with the red carpet in central london . we were so impressed with the smooth ride we had and the limo driver (Vasil), We had Vasil as our driver to the red carpet . They limo journey was fabulous! I can't say enough about the exceptional , we highly recommend Easy Limo and would recommend them. Thanks again!!!

We hired a limo to take us to a restaurant for a 50th wedding anniversary for elderly parents/grandparents, then we were scheduled to drive around London to see the Christmas lights before travelling back home. The driver that picked us up was lovely (Cornelio sp?), but was late to pick us up and the limo had just been used. He was very apologetic and pulled over to clear away the dirty glasses and place a fresh bottle of champagne in the car, we had a lovely journey to the restaurant. He said he would pick us up a little later as he was late so instead of 17:30 it could be back at 18:00/18:30. After the dinner the real issues started. We had a different driver entirely who hadn't communicated with the last one at all, he still expected to pick us up at 17:30 (we didn't know). He had sent a message to say he was running late himself but gave us a hard time for being outside at 17:40. He didn't open the door to let us in, his attitude was terrible and aggressive and said we would be charged an extra £170 for being "late", we had a completely different limo and the seats were torn, things were falling apart, it smelt musty and we had no champagne. When we mentioned the lack of drinks a few times the driver just put up the divider and ignored us for the rest of the journey. We had to figure out how to use the radio and the drive itself was very rough and jerky. He didn't take us to see the lights as we had requested. When we arrived at our destination we had to let ourselves out, he didn't extend a step to make it easier for our elderly passengers (late 70s and 85 years old) to get off or even extend a hand to help anyone down, he didn't apologise for anything and just drove off. All in all, the first driver would have gotten 5* but the last driver ruined the night for us as he had no sense of customer service, a horrible attitude and is clearly in the wrong line of work.

We booked with Easy Limo for our wedding and were delighted. The car was lovely and clean and the driver was very polite. We enjoyed our ride to the church and then to the reception, while we enjoyed champagne and some romantic music on the way (we had chosen them already). Well done Easy Limo, you made our day extra special!!

Arrived 20mins late then went to the wrong destination, resulted in my dad missing his wedding! I had to call to find out where the limo was as they didn't even call to say that they would be late. I Sent a complaint 10 days ago and still have not heard anything. No one wants to speak to you when you want to complain, no customer service what so ever, they are just interested in taking your money. my dad also informed my the limo stunk of booze, the window, lights and radio were not working. I wouldn't want this service for free let alone at £445. Seriously there are far more professional companies out there don't waste your money and risk ruining your day/night. I wouldn't give any stars but you have to select at least one before you can post a review.

Dudes, the pink hummer is rocking - we had a wicked night out in this and we felt like royalty, everyone stared at us as we drove by :) Everyone had such a laugh and the interior was amazing, really girlie, pink and black with everything you need for your very own party. Thanks guys, we had a wicked night out - will book again!

We ordered a 16 seater hummer style limo in black or white for my daughters prom 3/7/15. On the day, a tatty looking raspberry coloured limo arrived! The driver was very friendly but I did state that we had expected a black or white limo, as per the booking confirmation, to which he replied "oh!" I was not going to create a scene on the evening and spoil it for everyone but after paying £445 for a one way trip of approximately 11 miles, I was not happy and emailed customer services. No response! So I then emailed again several days later and to date I have not had a response. If you are not bothered what colour car you have for your special event or how tatty it looks, use this company, but if like us you were expecting something special (as promised) rather than tacky, I would save your money and go elsewhere!

Easy Limo are running a Good business. Lance our Limo Driver was excellent. . I've recommended you to dozens of Friend i know in London. I quoted Many different companies in London for a similar service and they couldn't compete with your value and customer service.

We booked with Easy limo over the internet as we were coming down from Devon on a stag weekend and EASY LIMO promised to look after us and that is exactly what they did. They turned up on time, the Hummer H3 we booked was fantastic as good as they said it would be and the driver was great. Frank was the driver and he must have the patience of a saint for putting up with my daughter and her crowd of teenage friends for her 18th celebration! I told my friend that i wanted to surprise my sister for her wedding with a limousine. My friend recommended Easy limo service as she used them. I called them, and had the pleasure of speaking with a staff over the phone. He was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Although it was short notice, He was able to get the antique princess limousine and on August 3rd 2013, According to the both of them, they enjoyed it and they complimented the diver(my apologies for not remembering his name). After talking with several companies....I finally went with Easy Limo for the rental. We come from germany and was looking for a great evening in London at our vacation. We received a great service just from the beginning. We didn't even have to wait to be picked up. Our driver arrived early at the established pick-up times and communication with him was open and easy. He was very well dressed with a great personality. He took us every where we wanted and he had a smile on his face the whole time. The hummer h2 limousine was clean and smells very good. You get a lot of attention in such a car. The service was great and also the price.
