United Kingdom | 01 February 2018Dont use this company! Arrived late with a rude attitude driver who claimed he didn't know where he was driving to. Guests in the limo had to frantically search for the address for him to move off. When making the booking i was very clear on all the instructions for the multiple addresses and routes. No airconditioning in the limo - in the middle of july! Driver was hired for number of hours and was meant to do 2 trips. As he dropped guests at location, instead of returning to original location, he drove down the down and parked. The bridal party were left waiting in the hotel thinking the driver was on his way back, as they had been told the limo had left the venue a long time ago and was coming back (not knowing he was parked elsewhere). Bridal party had to call local minicabs!!! Finally, limo driver insisted after ceremony that his time was up, even though he was booked for another 1hour. Didn't complete job and left us to call minicabs at the end. Basically wasted £500. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

United Kingdom | 24 December 2017Booking the limo & paying the deposit was pretty straightforward, but once Easy Limo has your money & payment details, they become unfriendly. The driver arrived on time, but there was initial confusion with where he was parked. When I called Easy Limo to explain the situation I was confronted with the rudest, most irate & aggressive customer service representative I have ever come across. He didn’t let me finish a single sentence & kept shouting at me. Eventually he said goodbye while I was still speaking and dropped the phone in annoyance. I’m genuinely shocked at their unprofessional nature which ruined the experience. I would never use Easy Limo again or recommend them to anyone.

United Kingdom | 19 December 2017I booked black humma h2 after having look on line and quote. £525 for return .called and booked it for my son wedding 9/12/17 they took £35 deposit on phone.i have to call next day for booking confirmation and paying deposit. They gave me confirmation but wrong limo.They book me black Excursion. I call them to change but they didn't.They said you have to pay £900 for humma h2 because its more expensive to run even though I had quote for humma h2 £525 they refuse to give me that limo.i already paid deposit and worry to loose it. They send me limo on time to pick us and demanded up front in cash for return journey. I paid the cash becouse driver won't move unless I paid full payment in cash. Which I did.. Driver didn't turn up to pick us back.groom and bride ment to have video and photos take for their leaving ceremony but their was no limo.after keep calling to office. The sent the limo 1 hour late. Our perfect night turn in to disaster. Becouse we spent so much money to make wedding film .its ruined the ending because limo didn't turn up on time and vidieographer and photographer left and all guests left and groom and bride left in cold and family members left worry. So when you booking with easy limo think twice.is it worth spending money for service that you are not going to receive. I didn't even got the apology.

United Kingdom | 19 October 2017The driver arrived on time at Putney to take us to the Mondrian Hotel in SE1 last night. That journey should take well under an hour. The driver had NO idea where we were going - asked us for the postcode and stuck it in his satnav. We went twice across the river in London wasting huge amounts of time and then he couldn't find the hotel So we drove around the area for at least 15 minutes whilst we all got on our phones and shouted directions to him. Absolutely shocking. No preparation, no customer service and whose fault was it? Mine for giving him the wrong postcode - rubbish it is on the hotel website. He made us late and nervous. I have called the company this morning to discuss this and he cut the call off. I have of course paid in full. It was a very very poor service and he spoiled part of the evening. Also - don't get excited by the "fizz" they put in the back of the car. Headache material. I would obviously never book them again or recommend them.

We had a Hummer jeep and he turn up on time and clean limo .our Driver had a good knowledge of london.so i thought to leave a review here .

I have a video as evidence, I emailed and called the company, I keep being told to call back tomorrow!!! I wont give up! this is unacceptable at such high prices the service, product and conduct of the staff is disgusting.

United Kingdom | 17 July 2017Even 1 star is too much rating. They should nt be doing any business. There are bunch of liars who works there. At the time of taking the booking great service taking the payment great service. Great service to take stuff but when it come to giving it's nil. We booked a limo for a hen night. We confirmed the booking in the morning and no one could find the booking in fact the person I spoke to was so rude. He asked me to check the date. Somehow they found it n when the limo came driver took the payment upfront. When we started the journey driver than told us that Ac was not working. Next day I complaint but the they said you completed the journey so we will not give any refund. If they honest the driver could have stated when he took the full payment that ac is not working. They expected us to stop the journey half way n take public transport. On complaining they said they will give the deposit back. When I called again to say I haven't received my deposit they say we can't refund u anything, intact we will give 25% off in next booking. Bunch of idiots own this company and running the business. Any reviews on their website they are all from their family members looks like. I don't see them giving any good service.

United Kingdom | 17 July 2017Awful service - we had a booked a hummer style vehicle with this company in June. We called up a day before and they didn't even have a record of the actual booking made, even though a deposit was given. They said the vehicle will arrive and that they was some sort of system issue. When the vehicle arrived, none of the lights inside worked.. The AC was faulty and outside temperature was 27 degrees. The driver knew that the AC wasn't working but didn't mention it until we had paid him in full. These vechicles are not fit for purpose and I wouldn't recommend this company at all. I called them back to complain and resolve the issue, but the company wasn't willing to listen or do anything about it. I don't recommend this company at all, they are not to be trusted. If you are going to use them, then I suggest you don't pay in cash and use a credit card to avoid fraud.

United Kingdom | 01 July 2017If you don't care about what service you get then this is the company for you. Booked a white hummer months in advance for prom. Paid a deposit. Confirmation arrived which said it was a booking for a ford excursion. Called company who said I wouldn't know the difference - actually I would!!! Agreed additional money for hummer and had already paid extra for balloons and soft drinks. Phoned a day before prom to confirm and was told white hummer was not available but they would send black hummer. On the night a white ford excursion arrived which was what it seems they had planned to send all along. Had no choice but to pay cash balance else kids wouldn't have car for prom. And no extras in car as promised or paid for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY PROMISE OR GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAID FOR! Not sure how some people have given good reviews. In 30+ years of business I have never dealt with a more disreputable company. When I tried to discuss issues they put the phone down on me twice!! Limo was tatty with dent in back and scuffed tyres. Someone commented on back tyre looking flat. We had to hope it was road safe. Only nice point was driver who was clearly very embarrassed as it was the first time he had driven for them. Strongly recommend using another limo service.

When i called a few weeks later to see if they still had the vehicle available, the representative confirmed the type of vehicle, location,date, cost and payment details to be as per the quote. I said that i was just waiting for one more bank transfer to go through as it was for a prom (12passengers) then i would book the vehicle. I was told that the office would be open until 9pm but when i called just after 8pm i was told that the chap i had spoken to had gone home. I was advised to call after 9am the following morning. I called approx 9.15, he wasnt there, was told to call back after 10am which i did but he still hadnt arrived. After some persistence another chap tried to help by taking the details and then provided a quote which was almost £200 over the original quote. When i queried this he got a bit shirty with me and told me to call back after 11am. I did so and eventually got to speak with the chap i had spoken to the day before. He then quoted me a higher cost than the original quote, when i queried this he said that was the best he could do despite confirming the cost with me the day before. Totally disappointed by this service and having spoken to some other limo hire companies i was informed not to deal with this company as they are not reliable. I have now managed to secure the type of vehicle the boys wanted for £400 including 1hours drive so they are happy which makes me happy!

Driver was dressed very smartly and was so polite to my kids and I. Can i just mention the interior and sound system was amazing also. Thank you easy limo for a memorable experience will definently reccomend you for my sisters wedding next june!!

United Kingdom | 12 October 2016I took easy limo and won the case in Stafford county court as they took 650GBP without providing a service and in that instant would not accept cancellation or rearrangement of date to provide the original service that I booked for. This was on the day of my wedding ! For the first hearing the company actually sent a solicitor to scare us off, case got adjourned due to evidence provided by us and judge asked for clarification on certain details. Second hearing - no one turned up ! Judge considered all facts and ruled the hearing in our favour. Personally don't believe ANY of the 5 star reviews to be genuine. Stay away from them, spend more money if you have to go and get someone good to do the job and provide reliable service. If you are already affected, don't hesitate to go to small claims court or trading standards

United Kingdom | 07 October 2016Booked a hummer for my sons prom night, car arrived early, left for hour drive round ...the boys spent 10 minutes in the car to destination, were dropped off and left waiting to be allowed into the venue! Phoned driver, after speaking to my son, who offered to come back and take boys on drive around, but would take 45 minx to get back to venue!!!! Complained to company, had to constantly badger them for a response, and after z lot of to and from, they offered to rd fund deposit, as a sign off goodwill... NEVER RECEIVED ANY MONEY. NO APOLOGY THAT WAS MEANT... ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY MY SON AND FRIENDS WERE TREATED. DO NOT USETHIS COMPANY...you will regret it DISAPPOINTED AND DIGUSTED

United Kingdom | 18 July 2016I booked with EasyLimo UK Ltd after making a few phone calls to other companies and deciding on this one because A) it was the cheapest (which I regret and now know why) and B) The Lady I spoke with called "Ellie" was lovely and reassured me that my surprise pick up for my husband and I on our 10 year anniversary to the airport would be perfect! I trusted her and gave her the deposit over the phone of £35 I asked for the limo to arrive at 8.45am prompt as we had an aeroplane to catch. The package included a bottle of "Magnum Champagne" which I thought was great considering the other firms only offered a normal bottle (not that we would drink it all on the way to the airport but it certainly sounded good and the suited driver and hat sounded lovely too. For me it was a done deal and I was happy until the day arrived. On the day, (18th June 2016) It was 8.50am and no driver. I panicked a little and called the company and my husband was wandering why our so called cab that we usually get from our trustworthy and prompt cab firm had not arrived as this was meant o be a surprise. I called them only to be told it was on its way and not to worry! At 9am I called back as there was still no Limo. Again, don't worry he is around the corner. In the meantime my husband called our cab firm only to be told that there was no cab booked. The cat was out the bag and the surprise ruined. I was upset, but he said not to worry and it was a nice idea, but where was the Limo? The Limo arrived at 9.20am (very late, especially when we had a flight to catch and made it clear upon booking) with a man dressed in a bright orange jacket and the limo was very old and shabby and to top it off there was no magnum of Champagne, but a Magnum of fake champagne called "CHARLEMAGNE". I called Easy Limo and a man by the name of Ben on the phone said, that if I do not pay the driver upfront, in cash, the full amount, then he would not take us to the airport and if I want to dispute the matter, I had to call back the manager on Monday. I asked if I could pay by card and he point blank said "No" we don't accept cards. When I told him that I paid the deposit by card, he said, 'we only take card payments for deposit only'. By this time I had had enough and was extremely upset. My husband said not to worry and spoil the rest of our morning and would would deal with it on Monday. We paid the driver and off we went to the airport, very late. On Monday I contacted the office again, to be told that the manager agin was not in an=d that there was not only one manager but lots of them. (Again, another lie) I was told to put everything in writing. I did this and got no response. I emailed again and re sent the email on the 27th June 2016 and still to this day have had no response. My only regret is that I did not read the reviews in the first place on this company because if i did then I most certainly would have not gone with EASY LIMO UK LTD. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS IS MY ONLY ADVICE

They have said 'mechanical failure' but who knows? They have cancelled within 4 days of the prom and said it was up to me to ring round and find another limo which is impossible. This company have ruined my daughter and her friends prom arrival which is obviously not important to them.

It was a good sight seeing at evening as we were drinking our Drinks we could see outside but people couldn't see us and we had our privacy .

She had hired an excursion hummer but to our absolute horror and disgust, a party cheap and horrible looking party bus turns up!!!! Unbelievable. On what was such an important day for us, we spend an hour arguing with their customer service and they were shocking....they did not care at all!! I have written to the company with a formal complaint but absolutely no response. Rang their customer service line and it was like speaking to a robot!! Please please do not book with them, this company is a fraud and my research suggest that this company has ruined a number of peoples big day!! I feel so strongly about what they did to ruin my sister’s big day that I will be taking them to court and referring them to Trading Standards. Companies like this are a disgrace and should not be allowed to take people’s money and rip them off. Our family are in shock over the behavior of this company!!
