Easy Limo is top limo. Had a 10pm pick up going to soho and my driver pedi texted me early that he was out front. Had a nice pleasant drive with good city sights,Vehicle was very clean and I felt safe with the cleanliness of the interior in terms of covid sanitation. Fair prices for the high quality service they provide, Easy Limo is now my go to for transportation in the London .

I had read some reviews that they don’t give you balloons or alcohol - so when I booked the limo, I asked about this. Evidently this is because you need to ask - so make sure you ask when you book if you wanted balloons and/or alcohol. Fantastic day and service provided - everyone loved it! Some had never been in a limo and they absolutely loved it.

Do not use. Willing to bet positive reviews submitted by their friends and family. They took a deposit without directing me to their terms and conditions or informing me that this was non-refundable. They then refused to provide a written booking conformation, and I tried to cancel the booking minutes later as the balance was payable in cash and I was unhappy with not having a written agreement. They declined to refund me my deposit despite having held the booking (which was a month in advance) for only minutes.

Booked a hummer Limo to pick us up from a Corporate day for one of the world most well known tech brands Great comms via whatsapp with the team prior and they were very responsive On the day the driver was smart on time and very helpful I made sure the driver had exact timings, distance and details for the trip. The team were very helpful in the lead up and we had a fantastic experience

We have booked the Pink limo for our Hendo and our driver Pedram picked us up from the city, was so many nice lights inside and no broken seats or dirty carpet, will use the easy limo again.

Where do I start, The office are soo unorganised, a rather rude man telephoned me a couple of days prior for pick up addresses, which were all on the original booking and confirmation. Was told that if the journey was longer than 2 hours then there would be extra charges, at no point prior had journey times been discussed, we asked for a quote based on the pick ups and length, not time. Wrong car sent, ordered a Hummer limousine, got an old Ford limo, driver was more interested in making sure he got his tip as he wasn't going to pick us up later. When it came to being picked up, the driver was 30 minutes late, after numerous calls to find out what was happening, he eventually arrived in a small bus !!! Would definitely not use again or recommend.

It was an absolute joke from start to finish. Limo was filthy dirty inside and out it clearly hadn’t been cleaned from the night before I have pictures to prove it!! I’m honestly disgusted with how we was treated VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. It was for a special birthday which we had to wait 18 months to celebrate because of Covid so was very much looking forward to it but we was bitterly disappointed. We was picked up late wasn’t dropped where we asked to be dropped off which then lead us to be late for our meal. Complete and utter rubbish of a limousine company that shouldn’t be in business. People like this shouldn’t be aloud to work with the public no customer service or manners for that matter. RUDE!! I honestly hope these cowboys NEVER work again…

The Limo arrived late. It was the wrong colour and filthy dirty. It had digs and dents all over it and even had black tape stuck all the way along the side of the roof. Inside the limo was absolutely rotten. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned, there were dirty tissues, empty bottles, used glasses and grime all over the place. The driver was dressed in an Hawaiian shirt, jeans and trainers, hardly suitable for a chauffeur. Ten minutes into the journey the driver pulled over on the side of a main road and demanded payment. We said it wasn’t the time or place to be dealing with this but he refused to go any further without it. We offered him half now, and half when we had completed our trip but he was adamant he wasn’t moving. I called the office and spoke to a very rude man who said if we didn’t give the driver full payment there and then we could get out the limo and make alternative arrangements to our venue. He also said that if we were late being picked up we would incur a £60 charge, even after explaining that if the show (theatre) ran over it wouldn’t be our fault, he didn’t care. The man on the phone was very difficult to deal with, rude and abrupt. After 15 mins of just sitting there we finally handed over the full amount and went on our way. He was then late again collecting us, even though we had been threatened with a charge if we were late. On the way home we kindly asked if we could be dropped 2 mins down the road instead of the original drop off point and he replied saying yes. When we got near the place we wanted to be dropped I asked him to go left instead of straight ahead and he said no, I’m taking you back to original drop off. I said you agreed to drop elsewhere, he started laughing at me and said call the office. The whole experience from beginning to end was a total nightmare. It was truely unbelievable. I’ve never experienced anything like it before and hopefully will never again. These people call themselves professionals. They’re a bunch of cowboys. It ruined the day which we had been waiting 18 months for. Every bad review I’ve since read about them have all said exactly the same things. These people shouldn’t be allowed to treat people this way and get away with it.

Came 1 hr late then when I panicked and complained in what was definitely a reasonable tone for the let down they threatened to cancel it altogether. Organizing a surprise party for many people is never easy and over time people change their minds, and so I phoned a few times to ask for a change to limo size and capacity....each time they spoke to me like I was a pain and an idiot. I am a paying customer, I paid a lot, and I wanted what I was paying for which is not unreasonable. Awful experience, rude service and threats. The limo driver herself was lovely but the guys on the phone were gross.

Worst experience ever booked 2 1/2 weeks in advance confirmed everything for a wedding I even called a week in advance to ensure everything will be ready these useless sorry excuse for little boys called less than 24 hours before the wedding and told me they have to cancel the booking as they don't have it available anymore they only have a 8 seater DO NOT USE THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!! To top it all off they have had the audacity to make threats LOL they don't know who they are talking too little kids if I could give less than 0 stars I would they are the WORST so called company ever refused to make amends for it and they even wrote fake reviews to make them look good lol

So......the driver arrived on time but with a white hummer when I ordered a black one, no explanation given. My son loved the experience but I could see the hummer was old and cracking and I could see pink paint in areas. Inside was clean with cups and balloons. Would not recommend if yr trying to impress as car is old. Shop elsewhere

Most of the positive reviews are fake submitted by people who know them. They delivered the wrong limo and it was filthy and have done the same to many people. Ruined a birthday

Car was as advertised, driver was great and friendly and very prompt. Brilliant with the children and sang along to the music. Fabulous experience and will use again - highly recommend.

Booked a party bus for our hen group with male entertainer onboard. The communication, booking and pickup time all went well. The only problem we had was that our group were promised 2x bottles of Magnum bubbly onboard which wasn't provided. This made the journey very difficult for our entertainer because our group couldn't do drinking games or be served. If we had been informed our group could have purchased their own drinks ready. Since then I have tried to ask for compensation of the bubbly but I am now being ignored.

The best 18th birthday for my son ! Thank you to Easy Lemo which created the best and unforgettable Lemosine memory..Lemo arrived on time and driver very nice and kind and polite and fully in charge. Trip was extremely smooth and comfortable and driver was kind enough to spend extra time and as a result all the guests very pleased. Thank you so much and looking forward for our future trips with you for my other son .
