Used the whatsapp service to book a limo Was given a price that was reasonable. Called to pay deposit. Suddently the price had doubled and it was a "mistake" by the person controlling the whatsapp. When i questioned it they hung up on me and blocked my number on whatsapp. Joke of a company if thats the customer service on offer

You only had the pink hummer free but i wanted my Daughter to have a pink one i had it all planned out, But you only had the Pink Hummer available and you made it sooo possible for me to get the Hummer it was beautiful. Jenny the chauffeur, who i made up and called her Chauffeuress lol she was soohelpful and really really patient with the gurlz.. Taking all their pictures screaming and laughing hahaha Jenny was brilliant. I will be back and i 100% recommend Mason and his company i dont believe the bad reviews on here. Booked and paid for a 16 seater limo. They sent me a (late) 13 seater excursion. No apology or reasoning. No one will talk to me on the phone told to email so now awaiting a response. Avoid at all costs.

they do not deserve even a star. I made a reservation on the phone as He said I should live a deposit of £35.00 pounds which I did. He said they are very busy????? when I called today to cancelled I lost my deposit. He never said if I cancelled I will lose it. They are not very honest company He said I should pay cash on delivery.and it was a lot of money £450.00 pounds I will report this company to the trader standers. so be aware. never again. I do not recommend this company all.

And don't be fooled by the promise of champagne, it's actually sparking pear juice with 5% alcohol! they lied when asked repeatedly about it. Chap on the phone Martin was a rude and arrogant man. he was so cocky and dismissive. they have not responded to numerous emails or messages. they're crooks. BEWARE!

I wanted to give -5 stars. We booked an excursion limo for 8 girls for their prom night. One of the most important nights of a teenagers life. We received a call from the Easy Limo 5 hours or so before they were expected to show up and told us they need to cancel as their limo broke down and would take £1500 or so to fix. My daughter spoke with the guy on the phone and he hung up on her, a 16 year old. I find it hard to believe that they wouldn't get it fixed to do right by the customer. We had 8 girls in tears, but luckily we found another limo company who saved the day and were more professional than any interaction we had with easy limo. We didn't believe the limo had broken down, we believe they got another job which they made more money and cancelled ours a result. My wife works at a school and her circle of friends are employed at other schools. So collectively for any upcoming events, we will NOT be recommending this company in our area. Be very weary booking with this company.
