United States | 26 July 2024When a trip or package is purchased, your company should tell me ( your customer), all the trips or vacation spots and air trips that were purchased, in written format. By email. I should not have to call customer service to find out where I am able to go according to the plan I purchased. Other than that, I think VO is doing a good job.

The woman that helped us during the initial process and that was going over the vacation offers was extremely helpful and very kind throughout the entire process. Our experience started off great, but then as it went on it was just awkward. We were greeted by another lady that came to talk to my husband and I, she was very kind at first, but towards the end, she was very touchy with my husband and she made an inappropriate comment saying if she were 20-30 years younger should would basically want to be with my husband. I found it to be incredibly rude and disrespectful to me by the way this lady was speaking to my husband right in front of me. It felt extremely awkward because I didn’t know if she wanted to sell us vacation offers or sell herself to my husband. I found it extremely inappropriate, and extremely desperate. Can someone please inform her for future reference if she wanted to sell vacation packages she shouldn’t flirt with a potential client’s husband right in front of his wife. She continued to touch my husband‘s arm and made another comment which I replied that she would have to go through me to get to my husband and she said that she has her black belt in karate. I’m like okay this conversation is over and done. We thanked them for their time and left. We would’ve loved to become members with Vacation Offer, however this lady just made my experience not a pleasant one and lost a potential member.

United States | 19 July 2024Most horrific experience ever!! My family checked into the Days Inn hotel in Pigeon Forge, Tn, booked by Vactionoffer.com. When we arrived to check in at the front desk, the doors were dirty and half opened with brochures all over the floor. Then when we approached our room, where you could smell pee in the dirty elevator, things were looking even more grim. As we walked towards our room, loads of mattresses where stacked up against the wall, cobwebs everywhere, trash and broken down furniture was also lined up against the wall. There were people hanging outside there rooms and you could distinctly smell marijuana. When we opened the door to the room, the smell of old and mold struck us head on. Then walking into the room was something not fit for a stray dog. Broken furniture , curtains falling on one side, two dirty bath towels with no wash clothes were left on the bathroom counter. The bathroom was dirty with mold around the toilet area. A couple bugs were flying around in the bathroom and room. The door to the bathroom had holes on the outside and the beds were so badly worn that the mattress sunk in the middle. The lamp shade between the two beds was so dirty and disgusting I wouldn't touch to turn the lights on. Finally, "Vacationoffer.com" should be ashamed of themselves to represent a travel company! I would have never expected a hotel for homeless people or an extended stay accommodation to be booked by vationoffer.com, unexceptable. We unfortunately trusted in what we thought was a replicable company and in return we got trash in return!! And if you could probably guess, we immediately grabbed our things and exited the premises. Luckily at the last minute, we found and checked into a very nice HOTEL and went on to enjoy our weekend in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, Tn.
