I don’t know why there so many good reviews because this is a scam, don’t buy from this site you will lose your money.

I booked a two night hotel stay with them after they sent an email stating to confirm my preferences and stating that if I do not attend a presentation I would be charged 500USD as a result I am currently stucked at the airport with 3 children and an infant because they refused to confirm my reservation since I didn't sign anything permitting them to charge me in regards to a presentation despite they already charged my card for the amount of 217USD. I keep calling and getting an answering machine and they are not responding to my emails about returning my money or confirming the hotel but keep sending emails stating to sign up so I can be charged 500USD for not attending a presentation. This is how my children vacation started being stranded in the airport!

It was good overall. However, I am not sure about my promised gifts for coming out to hear the presentation,

A few months back I purchased this vacation package with an open discussion. I informed the rep i had plans to attend an event in Miami on March 27th/2025, and was told it would not be an issue. On Dec.27th, I decided it was time to book the reservation,and it was almost finalized when the representative informed me i couldnt go to Miami because i owned a timeshare in Cocoa Beach. This is extremely disappointing, and this is not what I expected from a reputable firm. I have been totally deceived, and I even requested a refund, however, again informed it was past deadline. Be assured I will make this experience known, and will never purchase again. This is total disrespect. Its about time this company step up to the plate and fix this issue. Vernon Smith 709 427 7629

Me and my husband go to Las Vegas frequently - sometimes twice a year. Vacation offer called us and we usually do not go with these offers but we did. It wasn’t the fact that our hotel had roaches on the floor where we were placed. It was the simple fact that the employees they have answering their line are rude and immature. I was simply trying to let them know that we left the hotel 10 mins after checking in and the reason why. Me and my husband paid over $1000 out of pocket for expenses that would have been taken care of if our hotel did not have roaches and a room the size of a baby’s crib. We called the “vacation offer” the next morning and told them and they were totally rude - told us we were not subject to a refund in which we did not even ask for. We we’re trying to just get quick answers from her and both girls thought they were talking to people in the street. DO NOT INVITE US TO YOUR CITY AND TRY TO HAVE US LEAVE WITH ROACHES. THEY ARE NOT A GOOD REPRESENTATION FOR LAS VEGAS.

Olivia was extremely helpful booking my St Petersburg stay in Feb. She was very patient and provided various options.

Vacation offer is not transparent and all they want is to get your credit card and take away your hard earned 500 dollars. I booked three nights for 99 dollars ( I paid hotel resort fees and taxes myself that’s about 140 dollars extra) While filling their contract form, it says you must attend the presentation otherwise you get charged 500 dollars. I filled the form and said I don’t live with a partner. On getting to the presentation, a friendly lady asked some questions which I told her I’m all by myself, she asked if I’m dating anyone and I said yeah, but not official. Then they told me I’m not qualified that I must come with her. Meaning I would be debited 500 dollars. This is pure lack of transparency and using tricks and devices to scam people off their hard earned money. I sincerely regretted ever getting into this and wouldn’t advise anyone to ever get into anything with them.

Trip was nice the hotel was dirty and not well maintained. Staff was friendly bed was comfortable parking was nice.

The presentation was more entertaining and very low pressure. When we had bought timeshares, the whole process was to shame you in to purchasing. A lot of very high pressure.

Everyone that I spoke with seems very knowledgeable and was willing to break this down for me fully. Super friendly and just as excited for my win.

The process was quick and efficient. Elizabeth really understood what she was doing and answered all of our questions.

Location was great! The resort was wonderful and we enjoyed the surrounding area.

They are horrific, charging for no service and sending agreements without approval. I am disappointed NC did not recommend to give them any credit card or money; be careful
