United States | 06 December 2024Scam! Scam! Booked hotel, when we arrived , we were told there were no reservation for us, have to pay for the stay, called to ask for refund, they told us either book the remaining stay for us or give us e credit, no refund! Believe it the way to cheat !

United States | 05 December 2024This company is a MEGA scam. They will offer you something surely amazing and you WILL love it. Only catch? Hidden fees and paying $500 questionable fees under duress. They'll even say no when you ask for details in writing or for an hour to think about it. Tell me why they had to have the "director" on the phone to convince me to buy. I dont know about you, but every company I've ever worked at has Sales Managers working on things like that. And again, if what I won was free... Why are you trying to sell me something? Scam. My bank has them on a list of sketchy companies. Update: dont bother contacting me because I already know that you harass people incessantly to change their reviews. What you dont know is that I have the constitution and resolve of a thousand oxen. The thunder of my vengeance will echo through these corridors like the gusts of a thousand winds.

Israel | 04 December 2024-Update, I have recieved my refund. So i Decided to take my wife to a Vacation in las vegas for her birthday. We ended up not showing up for the presentation that was a must to arrive and they charged my card for 300$. I ended up calling customer service and they told me to reschedule the Presentation for the next day. (The day of my wife's birthday) in order to get our refund and that we would attend. So we ended up coming to the presentation. and they said i would be refunded 300$ between 5-7 days. until today im chasing them for the money! im short on rent because of debt and im chasing without anyone actually dealing with my case and having my money back. Please im just trying to get what i was deserved from a company.

United States | 03 December 2024I booked the discount at Hotel at Paris on the Las Vegas trip two days three nights for $99. After getting confirmation of the booking, I got a call from a secondary company outside of the Paris Hotel group. They informed me that in order to get that rate I had to sit in on a 90 minute seminar and I asked the young lady was this a timeshare presentation. She stated, It was similar, but it was not an actual timeshare.fast forward I arrived and checked in December 1, 2024 for a three day two night stay, and was scheduled the very next day at 10 AM for my Required presentation. I was picked up by a complementary driver. That was provided my vacation offer.com. Have to check in for my 90 minute required presentation. I was escorted to the back and sat down with the guy with a British accent and I honestly forgot his name however without going into a long detail, I was not interested as I told him because I was looking forward to starting a family and buying a house in the very near future. And brought us manager in I believe her name was Anna, and she wanted to offer me a substantial discount then what my God that I spent most of my morning with offering. But I was not buying into the vacation package. They were trying to insist That it was such a great deal, and I needed to take advantage of the opportunity. Long story short I did not buy even with the discounted rate and completed the entire presentation to the end. Upon returning back to the Paris Hotel, I waited and left for over 45 minutes to get to speak with someone at the Chicken counter. I was concerned about the $50gift card that I was promised that I did not receive and since I did not get it from the vacation offer.com, I was on an impression that I would receive it from the hotel itself. That was not the case! I called and spoke to a really unprofessional operator who put me on hold for 15 minutes and came back with the most bizarre explanation of why I did not receive my $50 gift card. As I said earlier, I told the representative that I was looking forward to buying a house and starting a family… The route young lady over the phone at vacationsoffice.com stated that I told my vacation representative that I had a pregnant girlfriend which was a complete lie 100% and therefore $50 gift card was canceled because I didn’t qualify because I didn’t bring my significant other. First of all, when I sent all of this up, I never mentioned that I had a significant other, which I explained to the rude unprofessional agent that took my call. She didn’t basically give me an opportunity to say anything. She kept interrupting me stating when I get my significant other to the presentation then I’ll get the $50 gift card! Never mind the $50 gift card. I’m more concerned about this $500 that you , fraudulently put on my American Express card which I’m going to dispute without a doubt. It’s very difficult to talk and listen at the same time this rude unprofessional agent was doing. I am so sorry. I did not get her name. I was just too frustrated about all this foolishness to get me one way or the other because I did not purchase into their program! I asked her to remind me the documentation where my initial contact was with them regarding my three day tonight stay where I clearly stated that it was only me, when I checked in, I checked in with one adult all of that was on my reservation as well. I did not qualify for your program, why would you allow me to sit through two hours as opposed to 90 minutes offered or suggested by you guys, As opposed to seeing that, I’m by myself when I walked in surely if I documented, I had a significant other, my reservation would’ve been a plus one and it was not because there is no plus one! I would not waste my time over the phone, talking to incompetent disrespectful unprofessional receptionist in regards to any issue. I know how to follow Chain of command. I know how to reach out to department heads, CEOs, and work my way Through through the powers that be and order to get this matter, resolved in addition to filing the dispute with American Express along with the Better Business Bureau. I just wanted my review to get out here so people like myself that are law abiding, hard working and would love to take advantage of any offer that will save money regardless of rental cars, hotel stays food, vouchers, etc.

United States | 03 December 2024I had trouble understanding the travel offer I purchased and completing necessary forms. Erin was very understanding and helpful in resolving all concerns. Also as I am Canadian she informed me that they could not mail out a Hawaii trip voucher so she changed my billing address to Arizona so I could receive that voucher. Thanks again for your empathy and assistance.
