I made the mistake of booking and immediately tried to cancel upon realizing that there was a mandatory presentation that was 90 minutes long on a day I already have commitments for. I was told they would not cancel and if I didn’t show they would charge $500.00 and if they can’t collect they will send you to collections. Please don’t use them. It is not like trivago or agora.

United States | 22 January 2025My husband and I traveled from Chicago to Vegas in hopes of having a great experience in Las Vegas and was highly disappointed. Although, the travel presentation went well, we were disappointed that we were promised specific things in our package ($100 gift card, live show, free 4 day/3night vacation package, and a refund of $149 for signing up) and VO failed to deliver on what they promised. There were hidden fees when we reserved our hotel and was told that because they use a 3rd party service that there was nothing that could be done. Then we were informed that we would be given tickets to see a live show, (which was a part of the package deal that we signed up for) and was told that the performance was cancelled due to construction, which was not true at all because we checked and there were performances available for the show the entire weekend. After the time share presentation we were treated rudely by the woman at the desk, when we asked how would we be refunded for attending the presentation. We reported how rudely we were treated and was told "I know who you are talking about". Lastly, we still have not received our parting gifts or refund for attending the presentation. I have attended several time share presentations over the years and I have never experienced anything like this. We were told by the customer service representative that "I am not going to argue with you" because we explained to her that we see that the show in question was available, but she insisted that it was cancelled due to the facility being closed for construction. To sum it up we will not be traveling using the VO service because the service was horrible and they do not hold true to what they offer.

Canada | 20 January 2025Note that all of their 5 star ratings are for customer service and initial interactions but no real clients yet? They're either incentivising people to write reviews or they hired robots. This company is a scam, they do not over discounted rates if you look up places on Google Expedia etc you will see the prices are the same so you're saving nothing and if anything VO is more expensive. Also they lie about the credits they give you they cannot be used how they claim. Run away, quickly!!

Yes I agreed on their programm rules but as a not fluent english speaker i simply didn‘t got that. I‘m asking myself what else have i signd on this agreement. Will I get charged if I let the fridge door open for 15 seconds?

United States | 18 January 2025I was really hesitant to even get involved with this offer, considering how many scams are out there and every time Shakur would call me, I would put him off and say 'call me back at a later time' thinking that he would give up and be like every other scam call, he was persistent, personable, friendly and reassuring. He told me every detail, and also sent me an email, gave me the company name and number. So I could verify everything on my own. To put the icing on the cake, once I decided I would go through with the offer, Patrick got on the phone and was extremely thorough, friendly and patient. He made sure I had the verification number and that the emails came through while staying on the phone with me. I am now excited and happy to take my vacations, I started planning the very next day! 5 Star service and now hopefully I'm able to rate the rest of the experience the same.

United States | 17 January 2025Be prepared for a slick sales approach that is devoid of any initial documentation and a request to ask for money. They indicate they will give you all the information with you on the phone, meaning you are "hurried" to make a decision and pressured to send the payment. Remember, you have no guarantees about what you are getting except their word. No guarantees about airfare, hotel accomodations, car rental. this is stuff they claim to have bundled into a $7000 package for $400 bucks. And if you chose to gamble to pay them a fee, what do you think is going to happen when you try to book lodging and a flight....you are going to get your monies worth....meaning less than desirable results.
