The company’s automated system didn’t pick up my race number to give me the correct photos, so I needed to contact customer service to get someone to find my photos. Shout out to Bryony who did a great job of getting my Manchester Half Marathon photos to me! Can’t fault the customer service on rectifying the problem - so 5/5 for me. My facial expressions while running I definitely can’t blame on them 😂

Scam I paid for the very expensive pictures but never received anything.

SCAM!! Purchased 3 photos during the Brighton Marathon weekend and only received 1. I have contact them multiple times to either receive the images or get a refund. They never came back to me.

The help desk team were v helpful in getting my pictures to me after ordering via Applepay. A couple of email exchanges and I am now the happy recipient of far too many pictures of me looking pained running the Manchester Marathon. Ran the 2024 Manchester Marathon I paid £50 for my photos and not had an email confirmation. I created a ticket and the my closed it without it being resolved.

Paid £50 for Manchester marathon photos and did not receive the download link. I contacted customer services by telephone and email and was told to check my junk and spam folders (not there either), but no further help or assistance was given!

Ordered picture mug after running Falkirk half marathon last year. Took over 2 months to arrive and when did was cracked. Sent 3 emails and not even an acknowledgement. Very poor customer service, wouldn't use again

I ordered a photograph after the Castle Howard 10k that I asked to be printed and posted to me. It cost me £18 and that was several weeks ago. I still haven’t received the photo. I have tried ringing (no reply), live chat (no reply ) and email (no reply). Customer service is dreadful and they have £18 of my money that I doubt I will see again.

Only 2 photos of me during the race (presumably near the start) both of which I am obscured by other runners / edge of photo. The other photos were all on the finish line. I crossed the half way point for the marathon in under 1hr 25m so the runners were spaced out a lot. I saw lots of photographers on the way round but I presume they must have worked for another company or didn't upload their photos. I would have received better photos asking my partner to take photos at a single point on the course and then to wait near the finish. A waste of money, and it reflects very badly on MK Marathon for recommending them. Will not use again.

so fed up. I bought 2 preorder bundles for MK marathon weekend as my partner and I ran MK 10K and half marathon, so our thoughts were we would get a choice of which photos we want. AWOL didn't even deign to show up to the 10K so there were no photos for that, then for the half marathon we missed one photo point as the photographer in his official vestwas chatting with a friend and not taking photos at all. then we never received a preorder code so I have tried to reach out to the company, can't find a number so send the email form. no response. waste of £30. totally gutted

I ran the Milton Keynes Half Marathon with my 74 years old Dad and wanted pictures of us finishing together.I had managed to delete my pre order and AWOL adventure, managed to find it for me and honour our shoot. Thank you so much for the lovely photo Momento's Excellent 👍

Ran the Manchester Marathon last weekend and paid in advance for the photo bundle. The first set of pictures appeared really quickly (by the evening after finishing the race at 4pm) and more photos appeared in the next couple of days. My medal ones were elusive but I mailed using the online contact form and someone got back to me the next day to say the photos were now available. And although there are some shockers (as always on a run!), I've got 74 pictures including some really brilliant ones that sum up my run perfectly. Easy to download and good customer service. Thanks!

Ran the Manchester marathon and am still waiting for missing photos, the main pictures on the finish straight and with medal. They returned my email enquiry within minutes on Monday, I’ve emailed them almost every day since and they are ignoring me! Shocking customer service and where are my photos?
