Ran the Manchester marathon last week and within an hour of finishing the pictures of me were live and they caught some great shots of all the runners. Very easy site to navigate and use. Very efficient business.

This great team covered the Brighton Marathon which my sister and I competed in, in memory of our Dad. They took some fantastic shots which really are wonderful keepsakes of our day and achievement. Thanks guys

To be fair i did have to wait some time for my order to arrive. Steve Irani was very helpful along the way explaining there was some teething problems with distribution. But it was worth the wait, a very high quality framed print. well pleased.

I bought photography for the Manchester Marathon. I have an injury and cannot run. I approach AWOL for a refund and they refuse. Isn't this wrong and unethical and against consumer laws. I am asking for a refund almost 3 months before the event, and in respect of monies paid for a service that has not been provided. We also know how these photography services work - there are cameras to detect your number as well as a number of individual photographers on site. It is not a BESPOKE service where they assign one photographer to you. So, I don't understand the basis for refusing a full (or even offering a partial) refund. Another one of those bandwagon sports companies extracting money from everyday folk.

Steven was very helpful in sorting out the issue I had when signing up for a race, he made it very simple, thank you.

Wrong pictures posted to me and 4 weeks later still waiting for original order to be posted! Extremely poor service and no reply to emails. Very disappointed & unhappy with their response.

Ran the MK MARATHON relay with colleagues In memory of someone who passed. So disappointed to find 0 pictures of not just myself but all 8 of us. Bob number search, team name or selfie upload does not work. Sent three emails. One gave a response to ask for another selfie upload, no response since. Prompted for an update.. again, no response. There were various photographers on my leg alone. So I refuse to believe there are 0 pictures of 8 of us. Disappointed.

I had some issues accessing my pre bought bundle. I sent an email and this was dealt with so quickly. The pictures are brilliant and the company are brilliant with communication. I didn’t have as many pictures as I thought on the initial download and they responded back with a link to more pictures. Thank you so much!

I had a "senior moment" and seemed to have lost my race photos AND the code for downloading them, AWOL Adventure resolved and helped immediately! Cannot fault them! The photos are brilliant too!

Getting a replacement photo because I selected the wrong image. No problems and quick reply from the Team!

Wasted all evening after the event trying to download my images without any success. I pre-ordered a pack and this confirmed. I also received a notification that the photos were live with a code to download. This just did not work! I was left bewildered with how difficult the process was. At least for me! On a positive note the support service did sent me a link to download the images which worked. Why all the hassle though. As for the images, half of mine didn't have me on the shot and the ones that did were just two bunches of pics taken in the same location so not very spaced out around the course. I'm hope they send me the certificated versions of the pics too as I can't access them but who knows! Update: I feel it only fair to offer further insight into my experience having had a few days pass. The customer service has been very helpful and claimed that there was an error with the pre-order codes they sent out. They have sent me all the photos I asked for and been very efficient in their communication since. I have therefore added a few more stars to my review to reflect the customer service and support received..

The photos I got from the CRUK London summer run in 2021 were great quality. I pre-ordered photos for the CRUK London winter run in Feb 2022. Unfortunately I couldn’t run due to an injury. I got a response to my email requesting a refund within an hour confirming that the refund had been made.

Waited 6 weeks to receive 2 pictures I had ordered. For the price paid not happy with the quality of paper they are printed on. I wanted a memory of my sons 1st marathon but disappointed after waiting so long for them to arrive.

Ok, photos were pretty good but they took a week to send a link to the download after I chased twice. Then I had to chase for a hard copy - but when it finally arrived (4 weeks after ordering) it was printed on thin paper in poor quality. My crappy home printer does a better job so that was very disappointing
