I was having difficulty pre ordering some photos for Half Marathon the AWOL team dealt with it very efficiently .So a great big thanks to all.

It is a little difficult to navigate the photos if your number cannot be clearly seen as the timing doesn’t seem to tally. However when I raised a query it was answered very quickly and the guys went out of their way to help

It looks like a scam to me, I paid the pre order price and have not been tagged in any photos. There’s no customer service that I can see on line. I would not trust this website.

Received my picture it’s a mans name and time in April, am still waiting for this to be resolved. It is now July

I accidentally purchased photos while signing up for the Manchester marathon and the chaps at AWOL Adventure were happy enough to fully refund my purchase. The photos came out well, the 5 star rating is for the great customer service.

I would like to say a HUGE thank you, firstly for the speedy response from Steven via email and secondly for donating some fabulous images to our fundraising organisation Hosties 4 Heroes. Some of our cabin crew took part in the meaty gauntlet at Hever Castle in hideous weather conditions to raise money for Air Ambulance. Amazing photos of my children from the Hever Castle Triathlon as always! I end up buying the whole lot every year because I can't decide, so thanks for the early bird pre-pay discount this year.

Really disappointed with the service. I paid in advance for my bundle but had to find and tag all my photos myself. I haven't bothered to find all the ones in the lake ad thatceould take toe o long. Surely it's not difficult for photographers to make sure numbers are visible particularly for the ones taken on dry land! Numbers should be on hats as well as hands and wetsuits. Not happy with the quality of the photos either.

Excellent Customer Service! I would recommend AWOL they helped me find my race photos even though my bib number fell off. Really happy with my photos thanks AWOL :)
