All service outstanding and prompt. Some problems with the remote control resolved by send a new remote. Problem with jammed tennis ball - resolved.

This has been a brilliant addition to our court. It delivers the ball at pace and with lots of topspin for those that are more accomplished and stronger. Yet for those that want a weaker delivery that is good too. The oscillator makes for a good workout. It is also easy to move too and from the court. Really good value.
