I recently bought slinger ball machine from framework sports. Item was delivered on time, followed up with a phone call to give quick tips on how to best use the item and an email with a long list of links with useful info etc. I couldn't be more happier with their service, they deserve 5 star rating.

Great product and great service. Slingerbag is both easy to use and transport. The options for launch angle and speed give an infinite variety of deliveries, and thats multiplied when used with the oscillating base. After several months use a problem did develop with the control panel, but Jon at Framework quickly and efficiently arranged collection and the repaired machine was returned to me as good as new. With any product there is always a chance that something may go wrong, but not all companies will deal with it as brilliantly as Framework did. Excellent.

the purchase and delivery/aftersales process was faultless I wanted to wait until we had used the Slinger machine a few times before completing the review. Great product, very easy to load in the back of the car and then so simple to wheel around even on the indoor courts at the David Lloyd Clubs (fire doors, curtains, ramps, reception etc) Works wonderfully well can easily be adjusted to mix up the shots remote control very efficient been using it for two weeks now so still waiting to recharge the battery-would 100% recommend

The Slinger ball server was delivered the next day, which was very impressive! The team also called me before the product was dispatched and gave me instructions about battery longevity, which was very helpful.

Frameworksports absolutely brilliant customer service, top notch from the phone call just 24 hrs later from Nat saying they have the order and my slingerbag and balls are on its way. Also saying any problems or questions just ring them. Then received a email with all the information about setting up your bag and charging it very helpful and useful to have. Will be getting my tennis from them in the future. Absolutely brilliant. Use them you won’t be disappointed.
