I had a small issue with my SlingerBag when it arrived. Emailed Framework Sports and they phoned me the same day. Sent me a part the next day. Very impressed with their Customer Service.

Ordered a slinger bag from Framework and a box of balls from Tennis Point within a few minutes of each other. My slinger arrived next day, but before that I received a phone call and emails from Framework explaining the process. They are smoother than Federer. In contrast, 6 days later I am still waiting for the balls from Tennis Point and have had to chase them. I learnt the hard way there is only one place to buy your tennis equipment from.

Purchased the Slinger tennis ball machine. Very well looked after with calls prior to deliver and help set up to customer service when the machine arrived. Really friendly and incredibly helpful. The Slinger ball machine is phenomenal. Had an almost 3 hour session today and it was reliable, very easy to get going, very portable and the range of options is fantastic from beginner upwards. Very pleased with this purchase.
