I am a developer and over many years I have worked with many companies of this type. And in my life I have never had such a bad experience with a company. The service did not work, I opened incidents to help me solve the problem and I did not receive a response or it took me 3 days to respond or they closed the incident without answering. I am requesting my money back for 3 months and I have not been able to get the money paid out.

Awkward Company I was asked by my IT provider to create an account with Twilio so they can integrate it into my epos system for marketing purposes. I created the account ok however, this was easiest part. Then I had none stop email from their compliance team asking different things each time so after about 20 ema8ls and wanting different thing each time I had enough of the whole system and ask them to close my account before even opening it properly. They make it impossible for businesses to use their product I am sure this company will go under very soon. Don’t wast your time with them and look elsewhere for a new provider.

i saw there ads on sendgrid and i create an account and verify my phone and my email after that they said account suspended. i should scan or do something for them... i did regret the time that spend with them

These are one the worst free mobile number companies just because you need you insert your number, thus you can't even make numbers UNTIL you verify your number, thus bad service.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY! They over charge you for no reason. i put $100 and they charged me for $84 and i have no idea why they would do that. i DIDNT BUY ANYTHING, I DIDNT EVEN SEND OUT A MESSAGE. I WAS STILL JUST WOKRING ON MY CAMPGIN. i HAVE HAD THEM TRY TO CHARGE ME $13 OR $15 OUT OF NOWHERE WHEN MY BALANCE IS FULL. I DONT UNDERSTAMD BUT THEY CHARGE YOU INCORRECTLY. AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A MASSIVE HEADAHCE BECAUSE THEY TRY TO LITERALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY. When i was sending out messages they would charge me $hundresd of dollars that do NOT ADD UP! They are the worst! i know for sure they have scammed me out of $500

If only I can give 0/5! We are happy that we figured out Twilio is not a good business partner to collaborate with! These guys are unprofessional! Worse support team! Nobody is there to help you! Their service is a catastrophe! Please, never use Twilio or you will end up wasting your time with these clowns! I strongly recommend you to do some research and find another competitor or build your own solution if it is possible of course! Now, we requested a refund and we are waiting for it!

SendGrid used to be good at delivering emails. Now their IPs are ridiculed. You tell them about the bounces, and they got the cheek to respond and tell you how you can improve. When you persist that it is nothing wrong with your emails but their bad IPs. They give you the tone that this is what you can expect unless you pay near to $100 a month for their dedicated clean IPs. They just do not take any responsibility and got generic responses ready to excuse you. They do not try to reassign you good IPs they send you a sweet message tailored to say pay $100 a month or put up and shut up about it. I left them moved to Pepipost.com I had similar issues with them. However, after contacting them a few times, they finally moved me to IPs that are delivering all my emails. Shame on you SendGrid you need to resolve your email delivery with Yahoo and take responsibility for your poor deliver rates.

Just awful customer service. I had a simple request to be able to send a custom code via SMS as per their documentation. I email their customer services. A few days later I get a response saying they will need to enable that service. Then over a week later (after many more from me chasing them up) and I receive a response stating that the service is now activated..... It wasn't. I honestly think at this point I will be left with no choice to use a different service as the company I work for ( a multi-billion $ firm (this is not a flex, this is to highlight that they couldn't care less how much money you could be spending with them)) wont want to wait any longer.

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience croyant en envoyant les informations de ma société et montrer ma bonne foi réactivera mon compte chez malgré que toutes les informations je leurs ai envoyé était exactes ce qui me laisse penser qu'ils ont un problème avec ma nationalité ils avait aucune raison de suspendre mon compte

Terrible Customer Service Completely mislead by our account executive who had no idea about Twilio's requirements who wasted 4 weeks of me and my client's time. Their requirements are not clear most of it is buried on their website. Don't pay any attention to what account executive says as they don't have any knowledge about Twilio. Make sure you talk with support to get accurate information.

When I first register they gave me both test and prod sms api without my account verification. the day when I register they sent a email with very strange title which later I realized is an importnt email about account verification. and today they suddenly disable my account which I used in production. My client could not able to use my services due to their amateur act. if you not verifiy the account why you give me production api key? if you are going to disable my account why dont you notfiy me or not periodically asking me?

They suspended my account just because I asked a few questions about their business policies and questions. Clearly shows how this company will treat you once you deposit your amount. I am glad that I did not deposit my money. This will also be reported to cyber crime this week with documentation.

This is officially the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Not a single good word about customer support. I send 3 text messages through highlevel for a client, all the leads agree with privacy policy AND disclaimer and still they closed my account. Unbelievable! I don't even feel like they've read my ticket. They made me look an absolute goofbag in front of my clients.

I believe this company benefits from fraud and should be investigated by law enforcement. My account was hacked 3 times and thousands of emails were sent via my account ( the Amazon fraud!) It has cost me hundreds of pounds over the months. They were not going to refund me ANY of it but I persisted and they agreed to repay a FRACTION of it. Twilio benefit directly from the fraud and I can’t see that they have the necessary systems in place to prevent fraud! In my eyes, I believe that makes them complicit in the crime that was committed against me. Avoid Twilio like the plague.

Wanted to implement One Time Code via SMS with twillo'. It's very simple feature, 20 minutes of development and 10 mins for organisational things. However.... My process during the last 7 days: 1. Registered 2. Capcha every login 3. Upgrade account (don't use twillo' tips, strange errors in this case) 4. Paid first deposit 5. Integrated their API into my app. 5. Account was suspended couple of days after that! 6. My "case" (I had a case?) was transferred to Fraud Dept. 7. They asked me for my personal social networks, refused. 8. They decided to have a Zoom call with me! A Zoom call to have a simple option of One Time Code via SMS for my app! Got the feature I wanted with another service. It took me an hour.
