Item not delivered. First contact I've had from ewbank since ordering weeks ago was to ask how it went - not good enough!

We were looking for a small hand held vacuum cleaner. We saw one on the Ewbank website and so ordered it on line. The process was easy and straight forward. The item arrived next day. It works fine and at a very reasonable price is just what we wanted.

The sweeper is flimsy. Doesn't pick up in forward motion. And the handle is too short! I'd like to return it.

The website is easy to navigate. I was a bit disappointed as I ordered on Sunday and paid extra for next day delivery before reading the delivery terms. I had a buffer many years ago and was very happy with it, so when it failed, I was happy to replace with the same item.

I bought this for it’s lightness, I keep it upstairs for all the upstairs hoovering. It’s a light compact very easy to use vacuum cleaner so far so good
