I had the best experience with Vanity Hospital from start to finish! They pick you up from the airport, you get text messages throughout, WiFi on the transfer bus, amazing staff! Zineb was my contact person who helped me through the whole process and she made me feel very safe! They help you with medication after and not to mention the very handsome surgeon who definitely can put his scrubs next to my bed at the end of the night ;) 10+

I attended Vanity Bosphorus Clinic Istanbul Aug 9th 2024 with Mert Sizmaz as my surgeon who performed a facelift, necklift and upper blepharoplasty on myself. Mert went above and beyond in my treatment as I bruise very easily and he wasn't happy on my recovery so I was sent to a hyper baric chamber across town for oxygen treatment to aid my recovery which was an experience in itself. Zineb who was my coordinator answered all my queries and arranged all my appointments very efficiently and quickly, she spoke English very well and assured me every step of the way. I can't fault any of the Vanity staff from the nurses to the cleaners and the drivers all were kind and friendly. It's 4 weeks post op and I've recovered immensely I've still got a little way to go but I'm extremely happy with my results and would recommend the Vanity Team.

Gizem my coordinator was awesome and handled my trip very smooth! They spoke very good english and assured me all would be well, very informative about the whole process...i had gyno surgery after taking steroids, here in the USA the procedure is triple the price. My doctor mr "oner"did an amazing job. I stayed 4 nights in a decent hotel nearby after my surgery. My flight to istanbul was cheap. I would recommend it if you in need of gyno surgery.

I had the best experience getting my rhinoplasty done at vanity. I decided very last minute to get my surgery done with Vanity but that didn’t keep them from doing their absolut best to try and get me a fast appointment and help me with everything. Communication was great from the minute I started this process, and the Vanity team (especially my patient coordinator Yasemin) always went out of their way to help me with anything I needed, and made sure this process and procedure was as seamless and comfortable for me as possible. From a hassle free pick-up from to airport, to getting my medication delivered directly to the clinic where I had my surgery, everything was perfect. My surgeon, Dr. Kadri Ila, was also nice and explained everything to me in a manner where I didn’t have trouble understanding once. He took my wishes into consideration and helped me get the best possible outcome! I cannot recommend Vanity enough for all of your cosmetic and plastic surgery needs!!

Bad experience Bad experience, with Dr. Kadri Ila I came from Italy to undergo a rhinoplasty and, after having collected the advance, the translator told me that she would explain to me the procedure which they define as "revolutionary" but in reality it is all false. The day before the operation, the translator told me that she couldn't be there because, coincidentally, she had a fever of 39 and at that point I had a panic attack and I felt sick in the hotel and so I told her that I wouldn't do the surgery. intervention but, after having expressed to her the renunciation of the intervention, coincidentally she showed up afterwards but spoke in a difficult to understand Italian. After the surgery there was no one to help me translate. Furthermore, I have also heard terrible and shocking experiences from other people from Italy, some of whom have reported the matter to the Ministry of Health. Terrible result and very unhappy. In short, they only think about money and then they abandon you, crooked nose because Doctor Kadri Illa is not able to do good rhinoplasties, I have a different profile from the other, a crooked nose like Doctor Kadri Illa's head, and I hope that karma gives back the harm done to him and his family because people's health is not to be trifled with. I have also read many other bad experiences from other customers and then they delete the negative reviews or show that they are not truthful. NOT recommended

Guten Morgen, letzte Chance für mich, einen Kommentar zu meiner vergangenen Brustverkleinerungsoperation zu schreiben! Ich ging in diese Klinik, nur um meine Brüste zu verkleinern, meine Brustgröße lag zwischen E und F, ich schickte Fotos meiner Brüste, wir einigten uns auf einen Termin, aber eine Woche vor der Operation teilten sie mir mit, dass der Chirurg dies tun sollte Ich wurde operiert, hatte die Klinik verlassen und werde von einem anderen Arzt operiert. Ich hatte bereits das Gefühl, dass dies nicht in Ordnung sei. Am Tag der Operation untersucht mich der Arzt, macht Markierungen auf meiner Brust und sagt, wenn ich nur meine Brüste verkleinere, Ich werde Brüste in Größe B bekommen, aber das hat mir nicht gepasst, ich wollte Größe D, deshalb bietet er mir Implantate an, entsprechend erhöht sich der Preis und ich muss mich innerhalb weniger Minuten dafür entscheiden, da ich bereits auf die Operation vorbereitet war . Natürlich stimme ich zu, ich hatte keine andere Wahl und Zeit, zumal ich einen Teil des Geldes für die Operation bereits bezahlt hatte. Aber das ist noch nicht alles, nach der Operation begann das Gewebe an meiner rechten Brustwarze abzusterben, ich war dreimal in Vollnarkose, alles hat gut geklappt, aber als die Schwellung der Brust nachließ, war das deutlich zu erkennen Eine Brust war größer als die andere, da sie größer war, blieb die Haut übrig und es trat auch eine Asymmetrie auf. Es gibt noch ein paar Nuancen, aber ich möchte nicht alles beschreiben. Aber die Hauptsache ist, dass sie mir geantwortet haben, dass ich ein Jahr warten muss, bis alle Berichte durch sind, und dann kann ich das Endergebnis sehen. Die Zeit verging und nichts änderte sich, ich schrieb noch einmal zurück, beschwerte mich, schickte Fotos von der Beschaffenheit meiner Brüste, aber sie sagten mir, dass ich vor der Operation nicht asymmetrische Brüste gehabt hätte, also sei alles anders! Tut mir leid, auch wenn das wahr wäre, ich bin aus einem bestimmten Grund zum plastischen Chirurgen gekommen, damit er das ästhetische Erscheinungsbild meiner Brüste verbessern konnte, und mir nach der Operation nicht sagen wollte, dass ich ursprünglich asymmetrische Brüste hatte, obwohl dies nicht der Fall war ! Und dass man optisch erkennen kann, dass die Brüste anders geworden sind, ist normal!!!! Ich denke, das ist nicht normal und sie haben mich falsch behandelt! Ich werde Ihre Klinik keinem meiner Freunde weiterempfehlen, ich habe fast zwei Jahre lang versucht, mein Problem auf gütlichem Weg zu lösen, aber leider haben sie mich kulturell einfach abgelehnt! Ich hatte am 15.8.24 meine Nasen-Op bei Dr.Kadri Ila und bin mehr als zufrieden. Man wird von Anfang an sehr freundlich aufgenommen und es ist immer jemand für einen da. Der Arzt nimmt sich Zeit genau auf deine Wünsche einzugehen. Meine Nase ist aktuell zwar noch im Heilungsprozess und noch etwas angeschwollen aber ich bin jetzt schon mehr als glücklich mit dem Ergebniss und es ist genau so wie ich sie wollte. Der Arzt ist sehr zu vorkommend und hilft dir jeder Zeit wenn du Probleme hast. Meine „Betreuerin“ und Übersetzerin Yasemin war ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich wohl in der Klinik gefühlt das Personal auch sehr nett. Also zusammengefasst sehr gute und seriöse Klinik mit sehr guten Ärzten und Mitarbeitern.

Vanity'i bacak liposuction için ziyaret etmiştim. Beni Dr Erman Menekşe'ye yönlendirdiler ve çok güzel bir görüşme geçirip ameliyat tarihi aldık. Yaklaşık 1 hafta önce ameliyat oldum ve dünyanın en tatlı hemşireleri burda!! :) Hemşireler ve doktor benimle çok ilgilendi. Şu an istediğim gibi görünüyorum ve çok mutluyum:)

Great doctor and team. When I met Dr. Merk He was very kind and patient, he went over the procedures I was looking to have. He showed me some images of what my proposed nose would look like after rhinoplasty. He also went over my chest area and noted that I didn’t have much of gynecomastia tissue protruding, and instead opted for a lighter surgery. I ended up having liposuction around the chest, which would be a less invasive surgery with less down time. The communication from the beginning and up until the present where I am back in my country has been great although times a little slow as my patient coordinator would have to reach out to the Doctor Who might be in surgery at the time which is understandable. Everything from the drivers picking us up to transportation to and from the hospital back to the hotel, and even to the airport has been very smooth with great communication. The hotel was clean and had a great selection during breakfast which was included as well as friendly staff. My only issue With this entire procedure and clinic was the lack of English speaking nurses. The day/night after my surgery. I was in a lot of pain and I was trying to communicate to the nurses and it was very difficult. However, I had one great nurse. I did not catch her name as my eyes were black and blue and swollen, and she used her phone with the translator and gave me medication to help me sleep as well as pain medication. I only wish I knew her name as she was so kind and caring brought me a tea when my throat was sore and helped me to and from the washroom and throughout the night. She was very compassionate and caring ❤️ Aside from her, the rest of the nurses didn’t speak much English and it was hard to communicate my issues and anything that was happening at the time. That is the only real issue I had with this clinic, however l know they deal with a lot of foreigners from different countries and I know that English is also not their first language. Other then that the clinic was very clean and staff was friendly. My only advice to anyone going to the clinic is to make sure they have written down all of the questions and thoroughly do your research on the downtime of your surgery and also ensure that you have a pocket translator with you after surgery as you will definitely need to communicate. Overall this is a great clinic and I definitely Will recommend it to my friends and family and anyone else that needs to get work done. I am a male and I am 43 years old and overall I had a great experience. All of the medication’s were written and labeled properly in English as to when to take them, there were a lot of guidelines to follow and if I had any questions I would reach out to Nadin Who is my patient coordinator which has been very helpful Throughout this entire process.

This was my 3rd visit to Vanity Clinic, this time with Dr. Cagatay Oner. I had a breast reduction and back and arm liposuction. All went smoothly, Berfin and all the patient reps were super helpful and communication was good. Dr. Oner was very knowledgeable and honest about all the surgery and I felt safe and comfortable with him. The surgery went very well and I'm really happy with the results so far, would only go to Vanity for any further surgery.
