United Kingdom | 26 August 2024I went to Vanity for a breast reduction after liaising with Selvi for a few months. Selvi was so helpful and informative, always replying quickly and answering any questions no matter the time of day/night. Oguz then got in touch to arrange my transfers and give me pre-appointment information. When we arrived in Turkey, we (me and my sister/niece) were picked up and taken to and from the clinic and airports in the Vanity vans which were so clean, had wifi / Bluetooth speakers. All of the drivers were super friendly and accommodating to both myself, my sister and my niece who is 1 years old. The clinic was beautiful, staff were all friendly and couldn’t do more for you. I had my breast reduction with Dr Fatih Algan who was very thorough and explained the procedure to me in depth & answered all my questions which put me at ease as I was scared to be put under anaesthesia. Berfin was assigned as my medical co-ordinator, she was also super friendly and helpful. After being prescribed the medication/painkillers, Berfin went through and explained what each one does and how often they should be taken (difficulty understanding the labels as they were in Turkish of course). Both her and Selvi made sure to check in with me before and after the procedure and have continued to do so since I arrived back in the UK. Super happy with how smooth my experience was and would 100% recommend Vanity to anyone!

United Kingdom | 26 August 2024Zaneb and the team at vanity were a great and helpful and professional experience from start to finish. They answer questions quickly on WhatsApp, no matter what, and you feel you know you will get good results. My results were great and clean and tidy, and zaneb was very kind and quick My only comment is sometimes there is a quite a quick bedside manner in the hospital. But maybe due to differences in styles of countries. That can be a bit nerve wracking, but having a friend with you helps. Overall a good experience and would recommend

Germany | 26 August 2024Ich habe vor kurzem bei Vanity einen Mommy Makeover machen lassen. Anfangs hatte ich große Angst vor der OP, aber sowohl die Chirurgin als auch die Mitarbeiterinnen nahmen mir meine Angst, indem sie mir alles ausführlich erklärten. Die Chirurgin Prof. Dr. Sinem Eroglu überzeugte mich sofort mit ihrem Verantwortungsbewusstsein. Ich konnte erkennen, wie wichtig ihr die Sicherheit ihrer Patienten ist. In diesem Zusammenhang möchte ich aber auch Esra ganz herzlich danken. Sie war für mich zuständig und begleitete mich bei allen Untersuchungen. Besonders zu betonen ist ihre freundliche Art, ihre Geduld und die Sorgfalt, mit der sie ihre Arbeit ausführt. Daher kann ich Vanity mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen!

Germany | 25 August 2024Ich habe mich für eine skinny bbl entschieden. Hauptproblem waren meine Oberarme. Mir wurden insgesamt 3L fett aus Oberarm, Bauch und Taille entnommen und 1L wurden dann in meine Hüften injiziert. Ich muss dazu sagen, ich bin nicht dick (49kilo, 1,60m)!! Bereits in Deutschland habe ich eine Anzahlung von 500 Euro getätigt, war auch sehr zufrieden über die Kommunikation mit meiner Ansprechpartnerin Arzu (Ästhetikbrooker) über WhatsApp. Am Tag meiner OP, sah jedoch alles anders aus. Ich habe Arzu zum ersten mal getroffen und war überrascht über ihr Verhalten. Sie drückte mir Papiere in die Hand (ca 10 Seiten) die ich sofort alle unterschreiben sollte und sagte mir währenddessen sie bekäme nun noch die restlichen 7700 Euro! Hierbei wurden mir einfach auch die Beine berechnet, obwohl ich dort keine Absaugung erwünscht hatte! Nebenbei willte mir eine Krankenschwester schon direkt den Zugang in den Arm legen... Das war mir alles zu hektisch, unprofessionell und wirkte auf mich wie, unterschreib einfach, gib mir die Kohle und fertig. Für die ist es Routine ja, aber ich lege mich unters Messer und ich erwarte einfach eine einfühlsame und Patientenorientierte Beratung! Daraufhin habe ich Arzu gesagt, dass ich mir unschlüssig wäre diese op überhaupt so durchführen zu lassen (die bbl) oder nur die arme absaugen lasse, geschweige denn den Betrag schon zahlen ohne den Arzt einmal zu Gesicht bekommen zu haben. Daraufhin war sie schon genervt und antwortete mir, der Arzt hätte jetzt 3 Std für meine OP eingeplant entweder ich mache das ganze Programm oder gar nicht und die Anzahlung über 500 euro würde ich dann verlieren. Ich hatte sooo ein ungutes Gefühl bei der Sache, bis ich dann den Arzt endlich sprechen durfte. An diesem Punkt hat Arzu meiner Freundin (Begleitperson) auf türkisch verboten, mit dem Arzt mitzusprechen, da Arzu anscheinend davor Panik hatte sie würde mich umstimmen die OP zu machen. Dr. Güray Yeşiladali ist ein sympathischer und netter Arzt, letztendlich konnte er mich überzeugen und ich willigte die Op ein. Ich gab Arzu die unterschriebenen Papiere und die restliche Summe. Und weg war die gute Frau. Ich hatte erwartet, dass Arzu stehts an meiner Seite bleibt, dass sie wenigstens bis zur Narkose mit mir geblieben wäre, so wie überall dafür geworben wurde, aber anscheinend gilt das nur für Influencer... ich habe sie auch nach meiner OP nicht mehr gesehen... keine Besuche... Die Krankenschwestern in der Vanity Klinik waren übrigens alle zuckersüß und sehr liebevoll. Zurück in Deutschland habe ich Flecken am Bauch und Taille entdeckt, die ich vor der Operation nicht hatte!!!! Auch mein Bauchnabel ist nun schief und es hat sich eine Art Wucherung wie eine Kugel im Bauchnabel gebildet, (lt Ärzte hier in Deutschland kommt die "Kugel" von der Naht und die dunklen Flecken sind Beschädigungen der obersten Hautschicht!) Arzu beruhigte mich und meinte alles sei noch zu frisch und ich sollte 6-12 Monate abwarten. Irgendwann schrieb ich nicht mehr mit Arzu sondern mit einer Dame Namens Nur die mein Anliegen übernommen hat, da Arzu anscheinend kein bock mehr hatte mit mir zu schreiben. Also musste ich mich mit der Dame dann auch noch auf englisch durchschlagen. Sie war die Krönung überhaupt!! Ich beschwerte mich über diese großen dunklen Flecken am bauch und Taille, über die abgesaugten Arme die immer noch hängen und über meinen Bauchnabel. Ihre Antworten waren legendär!! Sie können für mich nichts tun, ich solle doch Sportübungen machen, Zink einnehmen und alle Flecken würden danach verschwinden. Irgendwann bekam ich einfach keine Antwort mehr von ihr! Ich hätte mir mehr Kulanz gewünscht, z.B. dass Dr. Güray sich alles noch mal anschaut und mir wenigstens die Arme korrigiert. Man hat als Patientin keine Chance an den Arzt dran zu kommen. Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Körper und habe diesen teuren Fehler einer Absaugung bei diesem Arzt definitiv zutiefst bereut! Heute ist es 2 Jahre her und nichts hat sich verändert, obwohl ich viel Sport treibe und seitdem hochdosierte Zinkpäparate zu mir einnehme!!! Ich rate von Eingriffen dieser Klinik ab.

United Kingdom | 24 August 2024Deep plane facelift, neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat injections over top lip Be very careful when you are handing money over to this clinic. On the day of the procedures, I was taken to the hospital and met with Yavuz the care coordinator who was very polite and friendly. Money was counted at reception twice and both occasions I was told there was a shortfall of £1000. Eventually, this was counted in the cash office and was found to be correct. Clearly not a good start! Day of procedures Met with Dr Ipek who made me feel totally at ease, was very friendly and explained procedures well. I then raised my main concerns which were lines above top lip and deep wrinkles on cheeks, but I was told that I would have to have liposuction from my tummy and fat injections above my top lip which was an addition £500. Something I hadn’t budgeted for! HOSPITAL Day after surgery, I woke to find the drainage tubes wrapped around my neck and the mask felt tight and so I called for the nurse as I was so disorientated. The nurse came in, wrenched the facemask off me and stormed out leaving me even more confused. A little while later, I was told I needed to pay for medication to take back to hotel. When I told them I couldn’t see properly, one of them took my credit card, left the room then came back and confirmed the transaction had gone through. A little later that morning, I asked for some pain relief and the nurse that had wrenched my mask off tried to administer the meds that I had paid for, but I refused to accept this as I was still under the care of the hospital. Once again, she stormed out + called Yavuz. By this time, I was very upset, but he was very calming and after our chat, I felt a lot better. This nurse had treated me so appallingly + had absolutely no compassion and was extremely rude. Consequently, I went without pain relief until around 6pm that evening. This was the day after my surgery! Food in the hospital gross. Same every day. Discharged on 18th March. Final check up and fitness to fly letter On the day I went for my final consultation, 21st March, I asked for a fitness to fly letter and this was given to me before I had even had my appointment with the doctor! Flew home on 22nd March. On the 22nd April, I contacted the care coordinator stating that although I was relatively happy with my face, I wasn’t entirely happy with the lower part but of course it was still early days and the swelling was still present so I thought that this would eventually settle. I also stated that I would possibly need some fillers around this area. Following dozens and dozens of messages via Whatsapp, between 22nd April – 3rd July , I was asked to send pictures which I duly sent but on 11th June, I was told that the doctor advised that the lines would settle after 6 months and that fat grafting was recommended! I replied stating that this was supposed to have been done the day of the procedures! He then asked to see further pictures and again these were sent to care coordinator. Eventually, on the 8th July, I was advised that a videocall would take place on 22nd July. Unfortunately, this did not happen and so it was rearranged for the 26th July. Again, this did not happen. I was then told this was going to take place later that day but again, this did not happen and so I advised Yavuz that I would be taking my complaint further. Because it seemed that the fat injections over top lip did not go as planned, I asked for a refund several times and felt that I had been more than tolerant and fair and did not think this to be an unreasonable request. Whilst I’d like to believe that Yavuz did all he could to help, there was clearly a lack of communication somewhere along the line. To be fair, Yavuz seemed to help as much as he could but obviously as a care coordinator, there was only so much he could do. COMPLAINTS I have complained twice to the clinic and the response I received was far from acceptable. Below is briefly what the clinic said after my complaints There had been a meeting with the Dr Ipek and the medical board and apparently, I was advised that the depth of these lines may require additional procedures to achieve the desired results. With fat injections, unfortunately, some of the fat may not remain. Therefore, we are unable to offer revision surgery or a refund at this time. I have given this clinic 3 stars, purely because I found Yavuz very helpful + Doctor very friendly approachable + I am very happy with neck lift and eyes to a certain degree! Not happy with response from complaints department.

Germany | 22 August 2024Wurde herzlich empfangen. Sehr gutes Klinikpersonal und ein superneues Krankenhaus. Bei Gesprächen mit dem Arzt stand mir immer ein Übersetzer zur Verfügung. Das Hotel auch top sowie der Transfer. Die op lief auch super und das Ergebnis bis jetzt schon echt toll.

Italy | 21 August 2024I had a facelift , neck lift, lower eye lift and a lip lift in July 2024. I had some issues with my blood pressure and has to wait for surgery and I was moved to a hospital with an emergency room. I feel that it was a very responsible and ethical decision by the vanity clinic. My surgery was 7 hours and it has been a really hard recovery. Don’t let anyone tell you after 2 weeks you can go back to work. After a month I’m definitely on the road to recovery and I’m happy with the results , however it still needs a lot of time to regain feeling and release the stiffness in my neck. However Zinab my liaison person and my surgeon Dr Bugra were excellent.

United States | 19 August 2024I went to go get a Breast lift and augmentation and the whole experience from start to finish was AMAZING! When I first found them, they offered me an online consultation to which my initial coordinator spoke with me about what the doctor recommended and how much the cost would be. Included in the cost was also my companions and I'd accommodations, transportation, the whole surgery and hospital stay, as well as my post op visits (which can be virtual or in person). They kept in touch periodically while the couple months before my surgery. And then once I booked my flight and sent them the info, they sent me a package explaining how to find our driver. Every step of the way once we stepped into Istanbul had been taken care of, I did lab work the day before and then had my consult with the doctor the day of. He was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming of any questions I had. And while I had the option for multiple post op visits while I was in Istanbul, I only needed one because I was healing so well! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get surgery and a vacation at the same time in such a beautiful country!

Ich habe mich zu keinem Zeitpunkt alleine gelassen gefühlt und alle meine Fragen wurden super nett und kompetent beantwortet. Dr. Erman hat, soweit ich das bis jetzt beurteilen kann, einen tollen Job gemacht. Auch meine Patientenbetreuerin Esra war super lieb und hat mir immer alle meine Fragen beantwortet, auch als ich schon wieder in Deutschland war. Ich würde es, stand jetzt, auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen (meine Operation ist jetzt 8 Tage her).

Guernsey | 13 August 2024I had bbl last year. I was left with an uneven stomach . One dude is bigger than the other . I also have lots of ripples and a huge pocket of fat left on my hip. The actual buttock area. One side is uneven and it sagged literally after 4 months. I asked for a revision but was told if I want my stomach to improve I need a tummy tuck. Very invasive and more money for them. My age was also blamed. As I’m not young enough for my skin to heal better. So B why sell a bbl to an over 40 woman. Money as usual. Once they get it and ship you off then that’s the end of customer care. Stay away from VANITY. They have no real care just care for the monetary aspect.

For the cost of what I could’ve had in the US I feel like I got top care for my procedure. I felt very comfortable in Dr Ipek’s hands and felt safe traveling post procedure. Gizem my patient coordinator was great at easing my fears and communicating with me, and it’s been great to know should I have any follow up questions I can reach out to her. I feel supported throughout the continuum of care.

Germany | 07 August 2024Ich habe mich einer Brustvergrößerung bei Dr. Erman Menekse unterzogen und bin schon jetzt von dem Ergebnis begeistert. Es verlief alles reibungslos, vom Transfer, über den Krankenhaus- und Hotelaufenthalt bis zur Rückfahrt zum Flughafen. Dr. Erman Menekse ist sehr einfühlsam, nimmt sich Zeit und informiert einen sehr gut über den Ablauf. Yasemin (meine Patientenkoordinatorin) war stehts bei Rückfragen da und hat sich ebenfalls gut um mich gekümmert. Auch wenn die englisch Kenntnisse der Krankenschwestern nicht die besten sind, war es dennoch möglich sich zu verständigen und man hat sich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich kann das Vanity- Krankenhaus nur weiter empfehlen :)

The communication is good and I feel well taken care of by my patient coordinator Gizem and no matter the question I have regarding the surgery and after care I always get helpful advice back 💗 I am so glad I chose Vanity to have my rhinoplasty done with Dr Kadri Ila. If I ever were to have other surgeries I will definitely come back to Vanity as I felt so safe, listened to and taken care of as a patient and I can’t reccomend Vanity enough !

Germany | 05 August 2024I give the whole thing 3/5 stars. I received good advice before the operation and everything was explained to me clearly and comprehensibly. The interpreter Murat Yildirim said before the operation that you can contact him at any time if there is anything wrong, but when I had questions my messages were ignored. He said that he would also be there when the tampons were removed. When I was driven to the clinic after the operation, he saw me at reception and didn't come with me and ignored it. When I woke up after the operation I was shown a picture of what my nose looked like exactly after the operation, I then asked if they could send me the picture, they said yes at first but didn't do it afterwards. I had also written other messages but no answer either. On the day when the tamponades were to be removed, I was first told that I would be picked up at 12 noon, then the message was deleted and corrected to 2 pm. The next day, however, I was still picked up at 12 noon and had to wait in the clinic. To be honest, I found this very unprofessional. But I am satisfied with the result. I can also recommend Dr. Erman Menekse

In the beginning I was quite nervous, as I was travelling alone from Australia and didn’t really know what to expect. My Coordinator Gizem and surgeon Dr Erman were both so concise, helpful and compassionate throughout the entire process. From my first consultation to aftercare once returning home, communication has been so simple and quick! Gizem, really went above and beyond. When i suddenly ran out of bandages and tape, she arranged a package to be sent to my hotel with everything that I needed. Transportation was another huge worry for me, but the vanity team had arranged a shuttle to and from the airport, which relieved so much of the stress.

United States | 03 August 2024My mother and I flew from California to have a few procedures done on August 2023 with Vanity. My mother, 64, decided she wanted a face/neck lift and upper/lower Blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to her cheeks, temples and chin. Long story short, the coordinator helping us went on vacation a day before we got there, so we never saw her, she assigned another person, who was pretty nice. The doctor I believe specializes more in nose jobs, rather than face/neck lifts because he did a horrible job on my mom's entire face, she cried almost every other day 4 months after the surgery. My procedure, I wanted to fix the drooping skin above my eyelid, fat transferred to my under eyes, chin, temples and nose, and botox on my forehead and lip filler. He did great with the botox and filler injection, however instead of maybe suggesting upper Blepharoplasty for me, he said putting more fat in the crease of my eye lids would fix the problem. He's the professional, the surgeon, so of course I listened to him, after all I figured he does hundreds of these kind of procedures. Long story short on my procedure I loved the botox and lip filler, but he scarred my right under eye when he transferred fat there and once the bruising went away I saw more problems then solution. The doctor was very nice, but I think he didn't do a decent job on either of us, we are extremely unhappy and sadly don't see ourselves returning to vanity again. We felt the money we spent went down the drain. In 2020, I had crowns put on my teeth in sisli, Turkey, so I figured the face procedures will be great like the teeth, but I was wrong..😒
