I did a lot of research beforehand, but you never know what to expect...Well, Vanity sent an air conditioned, WiFi enabled taxi to bring me to the hospital, then the hotel. The clinic is clean, the nurses are friendly and professional. I found the hotel to be cozy, which is what is needed for a good recovery. I then had a consultation with Doctor Çağatay, the following day. He explained my procedure (lower blepharoplasty), and detailed all possible complications in a comprehensive manner. I felt really confident after - he is a good doctor. I'm still healing, but recovery is going well. I'm looking forward to the final result. I'd go again 😊

I had a rhinoplasty at Vanity Estetik with Dr. Kadri Ila and it was absolutely amazing. I asked for an online consultation months before and I was able to speak with Dr. Kadri before the surgery. He was really understanding and nice and really made me feel comfortable. When I arrived there for the surgery everything went super well. The clinic was very clean and everybody in the staff, from the nurses to the receptionists, was extra kind and helpful. Right before the surgery I felt a little nervous and scared but when I saw Dr. Kadri he reassured me and really made me feel at ease. The recovery process at the clinic was so peaceful. Nurses were always available at any moment of the day or night. And then, when I was discharged from the clinic, they really made sure a coordinator was available to help me with the post surgery medicines and procedures. My coordinator Zineb is such an amazing person. She made sure to translate everything from my mom who was with me and didn’t speak neither Turkish nor English. She was also available whenever I needed and provided me with the documents I needed when I asked about it (even a letter for the airport that I didn’t even think of asking). And the result of the rhinoplasty was exactly what I wanted, I’m so so happy about it. I would 1000% recommend getting a surgery there if you’re planning on having one.

3 months ago I had a nose operation and a hair transplant, I posted a comment right away on my return from Istanbul and I was satisfied then, but when the nose began to recover I noticed a lot of gaps and one bump that the doctor did not remove and now it is visible and the operation failed because the nose looks wrong because of that bump. The hair also looked good after the operation, but now after 3 months it is so sparse that in my opinion 50% of the hair has succeeded and the other 50% has not. The person Murat assigned to me as a support does not respond and he replies to me after 2-3 weeks after I write to him, so I want to say that it was a very bad experience and I would not recommend anyone to do nose and hair surgery with them. I paid a lot of money and now when someone needs to bear responsibility for mistakes they they do not want to communicate with me and to agree on what we are going to do. I follow all the instructions I received, but unfortunately the operations did not work and I have to collect the money and do it again in another clinic.

In der Vanity Klinik habe ich meine Nase operieren lassen. Ich hatte Angst davor und war sehr nervös, vor allem da ich sehr hohe Erwartungen vom Ergebnis hatte! Auch wenn die Operation noch nicht lange her ist und ich mich immernoch im Heilungsprozess befinde, bin ich vom Ergebnis unfassbar beeindruckt. Es ist wunderschön. Mir wurde alles genau im Detail erklärt, ich wurde super versorgt und rund um die Uhr war immer jemand erreichbar, wenn ich eine Frage hatte. Dr Mehmet Fatih Alga ist durchaus ein sehr kompetenter, netter Mann, der mir durch die OP meine Unsicherheiten weggezaubert hat. Ich habe bereits ein Jahr im Voraus meine Operation geplant und über das ganze Jahr hinweg hat sich Hazal per Whatsapp um meine Anfragen/Fragen vor der OP gekümmert und ich habe immer eine genaue Antwort erhalten. Es ist super geplant mit dem Transfer zwischen Flughafen der Klinik und dem Hotel. Auch im Hotel sind die Angestellten rund um die Uhr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nach der OP hat sich Murat um alles gekümmert und meine Fragen beantwortet. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthaltes sehr wohl und verstanden gefühlt. Es war eine TOP Erfahrung. Ich würde mich immer wieder für Vanity entscheiden. Danke.

Ön görüşmeden ameliyat sürecine ve sonrasına kadar her şey muhteşem geçti. Revize ameliyatları her zaman daha zordur. Bu yüzden biraz korkum vardı. Fakat süreç öyle muhteşem ilerledi ki ilk andan itibaren bütün korkularım yok oldu. Çok başarılı operasyonlar geçirdim. Ve hemen iyileştim diyebilirim. I visited a doctor in my home country 3.5 months post-rhinoplasty for a check-up. My doctor confirmed that everything looked great and praised the surgery. The service at Vanity was of high standard. Here are my ratings for the people I interacted with: - Dr. Kadri Ila: 10/10 - Coordinator Umut: 8.5/10 - Patient consultant Emily: 7.5/10 The only inconvenience was needing to pay in new banknotes, which took me a couple of hours to obtain, as they don't accept old ones. They also charge an extra 10% for card payments. Overall, everything else was good, and I would choose them again if needed. Highly recommend.

I went to vanity Istanbul for my surgery and was very scared and nervous because I went alone. However, throughout the whole entire process from Transfers, consultations, surgery and my recovery process I never felt alone. Dr Mert Sismaz did an incredible job on me and my nurses helped me so much throughout my hospital stay. My patient coordinator Berfin was amazing, answering all my questions and sorting out all my aftercare. My aftercare surgery nurse visited me daily for my aftercare. Its important that anyone getting surgery buys all the aftercare packages available,they are worth every penny. I researched over 20 clinics in Turkey and I knew Vanity was my clinic I wouldn't go anywhere else. The communication between the clinic staff and the hotel staff was also incredible from control checks to check on you, to making sure you had daily water for all patients coming from vanity. Again I just would never think of going anywhere else everything was perfect.

I underwent surgery here 4 weeks ago, Gizem and Dr Erman were both amazing. Gizem has been extremely responsive and supportive with all of my after care needs and questions. Hallo, ich habe mir angeblich meine Augenbrauen und Wangen mit kleiner obere Gesicht (Wangen) straffen lassen. Leider sehe ich jetzt genauso aus wie vorher! Habe auch nicht wenig bezahlt für nichts. Ich habe auch über WhatsApp öfter versucht mein Problem zu klären und Lösung zu finden, aber kam keine Reaktion vom Arzt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht , dass ich fast 3000€ bezahlt habe und kein unterschied zum vorher und nachher wie auch meine Freunde und Familie sagen das ich wie immer aussehe und kein unterschied gibt. I had an absolutly great experience with Vanity. From the begging of the trip to the end. Umut was my coordinator and he helped me go through my time with Vanity. What a great Coordinator he guide me each day what I have to do. When I was in hospital Umut said to me I can msg any time of the day and I get helped straight away. Ich habe eine Operation geplant und eine Woche vor der Operation haben sie mir abgesagt und ich warte jetzt seit 2 Wochen auf die Anzahlung, die ich gezahlt habe und ich habe der Beraterin mehrmals geschrieben und sie antwortet nicht auf meine Nachrichten. Auch auf E-Mails bekomme ich keine Antwort. Ich kann dieses Unternehmen nicht empfehlen!

My experience with vanity was 10/10. The whole process was so smooth and all the staff there were great help. From start to finish everything was exactly as they advertised it to be. Big thanks to Doctor Erman Menekse who performed the surgery and the results so far have been amazing. I received a full deep plane face and neck lift with buccal fat removal. I have to say Ayşe was very friendly and I felt that she really cared about my well being. Dr.Çağatay did an amazing job. I never really had any pain and I absolutely NEVER had ANY bruising. A little over a month out and EXTREMELY happy with my results. If you’re on the fence about having a procedure done, let this be your sign to put your care in the hands of Vanity Clinic!
