Attention! Avoid Vanity! One young woman is still suffering severe damages due to complication from her surgery. They are not clean! She got an infection at their hospital/during the surgery. Although she contacted them regarding her health status, they were insisting that everything is normal. Once she arrived in the hospital in her home country, she had to undergo four emergency surgeries in total but there were already severe damages. Imagine 4 emergency surgeries within 2 weeks !! Laboratory tests from the surgical wound revealed that a germ from the hospital caused the infection. They are not clean! The hospital caused the infection! The girl is still in the hospital back home. The outcome of the surgery does not even look aesthetic. It looks horrific! Instead of wishing a healthy recovery or at least offering a refund, they ignore any message. Incompetent, disrespectful and dirty company! Them not being clean causes severe health damages. Let’s pray for her health 🙏🏻 Her surgery was on the 2nd of November 2023 and she was operated in their new hospital and it still didn’t heal so be aware of how serious the infection is and what it causes.

Ich hatte vor einer Woche eine Nasenkorrektur bei Dr. Kadri. Die gesamte Reise war sehr gut organisiert. Im Vorfeld hat Dilek all unsere Fragen beantwortet und vor Ort wurden wir von Murat als unser deutschsprachiger Patientenkoordinator betreut. Die Klinik ist sehr modern und sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Dr. Kadri verfügt über unfassbar viel Erfahrung im Bereich der Nasenchirurgie, wodurch ich definitiv von einem absoluten Profi operiert wurde. Das Mercure Partnerhotel war super und hatte ein ganz tolles Frühstück! Ich kann daher jeden empfehlen, sich bei Vanity behandeln zu lassen.

Great service at Vanity clinic. From day 1 arriving to Istanbul to the last day we left Istanbul using gtransfer services from Vanity clinic team! The entire staff was great including nurses, coordinator and massage therapist who performed lymphatic drainage massage postop. Love Dr. Semih Yildiz who did an amazing job and exceeded our expectations! He was very informative explained the procedures and outcome expectations, answered lots of questions i had and made me feel comfortable going to the oprating room. He is a true gentleman, kind, compassionate and extremely professional with great bedside manners from the first day we met for consultation few months ago and until the last postop visit. I had a breast reduction surgery on November 22, 2023. My breast reduction surgery with Dr. Cagatay Oner was an absolute success! Dr, Cagatay Oner, you are an artist! Not only was the surgeon incredibly skilled and experienced, but the entire staff at the hospital were warm and welcoming, making my recovery as smooth as possible. As someone who was new to the surgery experience, I was nervous going in, but the staff helped put me at ease and Dr. Cagatay Oner's professionalism and expertise gave me confidence. I am so happy with the results and would highly recommend this surgeon and hospital to anyone considering this procedure. While there were a few bumps in the road, such as some communication issues with Asli and a mix-up with the hotel, the overall experience was still positive, hence the five stars. Ayse was such a pleasure to deal with and was professional the whole time. It was her helpful and friendly nature, the quality of care I received from the nurses, and the surgeon's skill and kind nature that more than made up for any minor inconveniences.

J’ai subi 2 opérations avec la clinique Vanity Cosmetic Surgery. Une blepharoplastie inférieur + supérieur et un Bbl. Mon chirurgien est Docteur Fatih Algan. Nous nous sommes vus avant mon opération afin de voir ensemble mes attentes et ce qu’il pouvait faire. Ses explications étaient très claires et honnêtes. Et les résultats sont au-dessus de mes attentes ! Je ne regrette absolument pas. Je m’y suis rendue seule avec beaucoup d’appréhensions. Ma personne de contact pour l’organisation du voyage était Cihan. Une personne incroyablement patiente, attentionnée et qui assure un suivi remarquable. Il est parfaitement francophone donc la communication était extrêmement fluide. Il est très réactif à toute sorte de demandes. Il est d’une gentillesse inouïe vraiment ! Merci encore pour tout Cihan. Mon coordinateur sur place était Umut. Il s’occupait de toute l’organisation « médicale ». C’est un garçon charmant, très attentif et attentionné. Son suivi était impeccable. Il est anglophone, donc l’échange entre nous se faisait qu’en anglais. Il explique tout dans les détails et il est très réactif en cas de question ou demande. Merci à toi Umut ! Les infirmières de la clinique étaient très sympa et réactives et certaines très douces et gentilles. Je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix de vous avoir choisi. J'ai fais une rhinoplastie début décembre chez Vanity avec le chirurgien Dr Kadrilla. Cihan et Gizem étaient mes coordinateurs. Tous c'est passé très bien, Gizem et Cihan sont très disponible ils m'ont beaucoup aidé. Rassuré et informé avant pendant et encore aujourd'hui je peux leurs poser des questions. Ils sont très gentils et chaleureux merci beaucoup ! Le docteur Kadrilla est très doux avec les patients et il explique bien tout (il m'a bien prévenu sur tout ce qui se passerait après l'opération pour l'oedème, la lèvre supérieure qui est moins mobile etc) il a vraiment été très délicat lors du retrait des fils et du plâtre et mèches et c'est vraiment très appréciable! Il est très professionnel et gentil et il a fait un travail incroyable ! Mon nez est déjà super alors que je suis encore gonflé ! Je suis vraiment heureuse d'avoir fait mon opération chez Vanity, vraiment le résultat est parfait je n'en attendais pas autant mon nez est mieux que dans mes plus grandes attentes j'ai hâte de voir le résultat final final mais c'est déjà magnifique !

When I decided on surgery, I researched diligently a provider that not only offered amazing cosmetic results but whose customer service was first class. The reviews I read in Vanity assured me they were the company I was looking for. I could not have expected the whole process to be as straightforward as it was. From the initial conversations about the surgery, pricing and surgeon, it was seamless. I was fully informed every step of the way, communication was easy, prompt and no question a silly one. I arrived in Istanbul a little nervous, I had no reason to be. I was taken care of completely, the airport transfer, hotel, pre op checks- all a breeze. The day of my surgery, I had my meeting with Dr Alper, what can I say… he is a true gentleman, kind, compassionate and extremely professional. Surgery went without a hitch. Nurses and my care co-ordination were true professionals, making sure I was comfortable, happy and at ease. The results of my surgery are beyond what I could have expected. I am happy, confident again and forever grateful to Vanity. I cannot recommend them enough! Five stars over and over again.
