I am 12 days post-op from a Lipo 360 procedure with Dr. Bugra Ipek. So far, I am happy with my results and with my entire experience from start to finish with Vanity Estetik. I was very nervous, as this was my first surgery ever. My sales coordinator, Kerem Sacakli, was truly an angel, which is why I was comfortable booking this procedure. He was very patient and informative, and he provided quick responses to the millions of questions that I had. He made me comfortable and gave me the trust I needed to go ahead with the procedure. I flew in from the USA to Istanbul, and the driver and car were there on time at the airport to take me to first do my lab tests and then to the hotel. The hotel was very lovely, with delicious food. The next morning, I went to the hospital for consultation and to do the procedure. I am very happy that everyone was punctual, professional, and very nice to me. Dr. Bugra was very polite, knowledgeable, and an amazing surgeon. He delivered exactly the results I was looking for. He has great bedside manners. The nurses that checked on me before and after my surgery were amazing as well. My patient coordinator, Umut, was amazing in helping me throughout the process, from the moment I got to Istanbul to the moment I left. He organized all of my appointments, medication pickup, massages, and transportation. On the day I was supposed to return to the USA, I was running behind schedule, and Umut ensured that I arrived at the airport on time. I truly appreciate his dedication. My massage lady was also a sweetheart; she came to the hotel every day to change my dressings and give me a lymphatic drainage massage. She was amazing and gentle with me. Overall, I am very happy with Vanity Cosmetics, and I will recommend them to anyone looking to book their next procedure.

I had an incredible experience at Vanity. Selvi was my coordinator and my first point of contact. She was very caring, genuine, and was always quick to respond. She made me feel comfortable with my decision to choose Vanity for my surgeries. My partner and I got picked up in a nice Vanity vehicle and taken for blood tests at the hospital. They dealt with all communication and paper work, so I had nothing to worry about and afterwards was brought to check in at the hotel. The hotel was also nice and equipped with a nurse station for added comfort and support. On the day of the surgery, I met Dr. Mert. He was very empathetic and compassionate. Felt very comfortable around him because he was cool, calm & collected. I also met Ayşe, who is the medical coordinator. Ayşe is an absolute angel. She always has a smile on her face. She is very thorough with her communication and is always open for questions. She ensured I got everything I needed; even got me all my medications and garments that I needed. I felted supported and very cared for! As for my surgeries, I got a breast lift, Lipo 360 plus Lipo on chin, and arms. I am extremely satisfied with the results. Dr. Mert did an incredible job. It’s beyond what I could’ve imagined. I highly recommend Vanity for anyone thinking of getting plastic surgery. They are competent, professional and genuinely caring. In the future, if I decide to get more work done, I surely will be returning to Vanity.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in der Klinik. Ich hatte im Spital ein Zimmer, dass eine Klimaanlage hatte, die verbunden war mit allen Patientenzimmern.Das heißt, ich konnte sie nicht selber bedienen. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Für mich als Asthmatikerin die Hölle. Ich hatte zuvor gesagt, ich möchte ein Zimmer mit Fenster. Das Personal war freundlich, jedoch hatte ich keinerlei Hilfe nach der OP. Ich hatte große Schmerzen! Mir wurde kein Bett aufgeschüttelt. Ich hatte die Unterlagen von der OP nach 2 Tagen immer noch im Bett. Man darf nicht vergessen, nach dieser OP darf man nichts tun. Da ist es ein Kraftakt, auf das WC zu kommen. Ich habe mich dann selber aus dem Spital entlassen, da ich im Hotel alle persönlichen Dinge hatte. Mein Verband wurde dann nach 5Tagen gewechselt. Ich hatte immer noch starke Schmerzen. Als ich zurück in meinem zu Hause war, ging es mir schlecht. Nach einer Woche, platzte meine Narbe auf. Serome haben sich gebildet, die aus diesem Loch austraten. Dieses Loch hat sich auf 3cm Länge vergrößert! Ich bin dann in das Spital meines Vertrauens in meiner Heimat gegangen, dort wurde ich sehr kompetent behandelt. Nach 8 Wochen postoperativ habe ich immer noch eine offene Narbe! Ich konnte nicht arbeiten gehen.Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Diese OP hat mich sehr viel Kraft gekostet. Ich danke meiner Familie, daß sie mich so gut unterstützt haben! Die Zeit der Heilung von dem "vorher" und " nachher" Foto wird niergenz erwähnt. Das finde ich nicht okay. Überlegt gut, ob euch das die OP wert ist.

I had my operation one week ago with Op Dr, Bugra Ipek at Vanity. I did face and neck lift, lip lift, under eye lid lift and brow lift.Umut was my Kordinator during the whole stay in Istanbul. Je me suis fait une rhinoplastie, et le résultat est top déjà même si il faut attendre encore 2 mois pourque ça dégonfle complètement, a un mois de la operación je suis contente avec le résultat. L' équipe de Vanity ont été formidable et très présent, au moindre inquiétude ils envoyaient le voiture pour m'emmener à la clinique. Et le hôtel été très bien aussi et très aimable j'ai séjourné a la hotel Antwel.

Professional and really good doctor and staff at this hospital. Highly recommend. Plastic surgery can be a scary expierence beforehand but the staff really made sure i felt comfortable and my agent Umut was so reassuring. Even a with change of mind at surgery day they were really understanding. The surgery went so well and the aftercare team and my agent Umut was so so nice to me and made sure I felt as good as possible. Have already recommended this hospital to everyone who’s interested in surgery!!
