Your Ascaso 14g and 7g baskets were advertised to suit Lelit machines, however their baskets are almost 58mm and will take a 57.5mm tamper with ease. Your 14g is 57.5mm and therefore too tight with the 57.5mm tamper I use. The Ascaso 7g is 57.3mm in diameter which is even worse Looks like I need a -57mm tamper, why should I have to? I already bought one to suit the Lelit. I'm not buying an $80 Italian number from you and I'm not sending these useless baskets all the way back to Ireland. Bit sneaky calling yourself Blue Star and put an Aussie flag in your heading. So that's two false advertising violations. Very pissed off.

My experience was mixed. Overall disappointed because having contacted customer service three times about an issue, to-date nobody has responded. The "good" ; good prices, good delivery time, tasty coffee. The "not-so-good"; I received a bag of coffee with a split in it, and a Moka pot which leaks. Nobody replied to my emails. Summary: I'll happily buy coffee in future, or accessories. I'm just pleased I didn't buy anything expensive where I might need after-sales support.
