Awful – nothing as described from my order; and worse, one of the items doesn't work as intended. Edit: to be clear, 1. My name is Alan, not Alani 2. I ordered a kit with a 98ºC thermostat, not 95ºC 3. I was offered and accepted a 98ºC replacement, but now I have an email saying 95ºC are out of stock (I had been informed of that already but suggested the 'in stock' 98ºC) and that the order is being refunded; I can't fault the refund, but I am left unclear as to whether the company is sending a thermostat or leaving it to me to order one elsewhere 4. I used live chat to get hold of someone at the company this morning, having read on Trustpilot that several customers have had experiences of emails going unanswered, as mine had been until I left this review and started a chat To elaborate on the item which did not work as intended, the 95ºC thermostat was of the latching type, resettable with a push-button, and therefore not suitable for the application of continuously regulating the temperature of a coffee boiler. The other items were substitutions which did not match the picture. The description mentioned a brand name but all the items seemed pretty generic, for what that's worth. I have had branded parts before, and these were not those, but I'm not sure they were supposed to be.

I have been a Blue Star Coffee customer for over two years and tried most of their coffee. Both Americas and Africa samplers are great. All Caravaggio coffee is great and strong same as Cremoso coffee which I use to make Espresso martini cocktail. I bought a ceramic (burrs) hand grinder off them as well, I travel with it abroad and in the country. It is small and brilliant and I have the coffee I like anywhere and anytime. As the inflation is skyrocketing I drink more coffee at home and I travel everywhere with my mini Hario ceramic (burrs) hand grinder, which saves me time and money. Overall, great service and range of products. I always order few packs of coffee as it is great value and quality. Blue Star Coffee offers great range, value and quality and I am more than happy to wait a bit for quality products to be delivered as I am hooked on them.

I looked all over the internet for these ECM parts at a reasonable price and Blue Star was the best.Even with shipping included I came out ahead.Shipping was fast on Blue Star side of things.It slowed down when it entered Canada.Overall five stars!!!
