Really great advice and they stock most items that you will need to work on your own coffee machine, I never thought about doing a full service myself until I spoke to these guys and ordered all I needed to get my Rocket back to 100%, nice quick shipping and good comms too.

Habe dort um die Weihnachtszeit eine Ascaso Steel zum super Preis bestellt. Lieferung erfolgte in der angegebenen Zeit und auch das schwere Paket wurde vom Verkäufer super verpackt. Habe mich für DHL Versand entschieden. Lieferung erfolgte nach Innsbruck, AT. Paypal Zahlung ist auch möglich, auch wenn das nicht gleich ersichtlich ist. Kann den Laden nur empfehlen.

I got good advices on selecting products. However, after 3 weeks, I still haven't received my order (I live in Spain). After contacting support service several times, I'm getting pretty much automatic replies and no solution to my problem.

Very very poor customer service! I have been waiting approximately two weeks for my items to be dispatched by this company. I was notified that one of the items which they said was in stock was in fact out of stock and they offered me another similar item. I accepted it and hoped that they will dispatch my items to me. Again I have been met with disappointment as now they are saying that the item is not in stock and will be 1-2 weeks before delivery. The customer service just wants to offer you a refund they see this as a solution for them. It's a real shame that that's the only option after waiting such a long time to get your product from this company! Their customer service is a joke and this company is a joke! Take your money elsewhere totally useless!

Was a bit skeptical from the reviews on Trustpilot but took the risk anyway. Can only say that I am very happy with the shop. Got the parts in the estimated shipping time (I am located in the Netherlands). Will definitely shop here again.

Ordered products from them, and got a tracking link. 7 weeks later no products, tracking link says products went back to Ireland because of wrong address details. However, the address details were correct. Worst part is, I sent 4 emails to them asking what do to / for help. No response in 2 weeks. Terrible company, might be scammers.

In my order there were (unfortunately) a part that didn’t work, but a short dialog with their excellent costumer support, they send me a replacement. I can not say anything else than: Fast delivery, wide range of choice and a well working costumer support.

When I made an order everything appeared to be fine. However 10 days later I had still not heard from them. After I contacted their customer support (which consists of 1 person who apparently deals with everything at the company) via chat (since email didn't work), it turned out that not only had they not processed my order but were asking for an increased shipping fee in order to ship my order. At that point I demanded a cancellation and a refund. Don't let the prices and the positive reviews on the website fool you, their service is extremely slow and unresponsive and items are regularly out of stock. Order elsewhere!

It did take a fair while for the handle to arrive (2weeks). But I was prepared. Fortunately, it fitted in the letter box. All seems fair to me.

One of my worst experiences with online shopping. My order was sent even though the Irish post is not sending post to my location. A refund is refused until the package comes to me and I return it, even though this may take months. I didn't receive a reply to my email enquiry until I phoned the shop. Very unflexible and unhelpful service in this unusual and difficult time.

First shopping experience at bluestarcoffee through their website. Excellent company to deal with, well priced accessories all arrived super quick it took 6 days to Arabia. Very good experience.
