I was a little nervous at 1st about ordering from Ireland to the US, but after reading positive reviews from customers I ordered 2 flat blades for a Gaggia MDF coffee grinder. The package arrived after a few days, but instead of Gaggia blades I received blades for a Rancilio grinder, with left orientation instead of right orientation I needed. I had a chat with G. in customer service who agreed it was not the right part and he tried to ship the Gaggia blades, but they were out of stock. He searched further in his supplies list and he found blades from another brand that were right handed and were the same size as the Gaggia blades. They were shipped free of charge and they arrived in 4 days. I can only recommend Blue Star Coffee!

They gave me the wrong tracking number or simply sent my order outside Europe, and then I contacted support for clarification and got a "no worries, it's an error" no further explanation, contacted them again in 2 separate instances and got no response. So it's been a week and I don't know if I'll get my order whatsoever, it's been a really expensive way to pass the time.

I was having a hard time finding blind baskets and tampers in the right size for my Spaziale machine, which doesn't use standard sized portafilters. At Blue Star I found exactly what I was looking for, for a very reasonable price; it all arrived in a timely fashion even though I am in the US, and it is all very high quality and works wonderfully.
