Pco rental car

UPDATE, so my area has introduced ltns to the greenwich area where phv are exempt from these as i have been in contact with greenwich of what my steps are, and have been told to do nothing kjpco has just charged me 3 ADMIN FEES OF £45 so because of the mistake by the council, a simple phone call to me and i would have explained whats gone on, i have called kjpco 5 times today and emailed in, asking for a call back and youve guessed it no reply no calls, i should not be paying for a pcn issued by mistake from the council kjpco should and can proove that the car is tfl licensed but cant be arsed, but happy to charge be £15

KJPCO is based just off the A406, a good location for those who want to find it easily. The members of staff are very welcoming especially Shah and Syed as well as being very helpful. The customers are given an option for tea, coffee and water. On the administration side, the staff are quick to help with on boarding, registration and any other queries related to the car. KJPCO, is truly a team who looks after their customers. Their services reflect their success, as a big surprise for those hoping to join the KJPCO family.

Syed has been really helpful with my process in understanding PCO rental and how to get onboarded on all platform. Syed and Mehmet have been really friendly and has made me feel really comfortable in the process.

company good prices overal good customer service but had a issue with my refund as my bank was closed and needed help for my refund to be issued to my new bank but the insisted to issue me the refund on my closed bank account which they decided to give me unneccessery headche running for my own money for weeks maybe months so they do whats the best for themselves really i think best to deal with bigger companies like splend or ottocar. to avoid unneccessery heache like these.
