I had an amazing experience hiring my first rental car from KJPCO, thanks to Josh! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and at ease. As it was my first time renting, I had a lot of questions, but Josh was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car rental with outstanding customer service, I highly recommend KJPCO and especially Josh.

My experience was smooth and great. A special thanks goes to Shah and Alice and to the rest of the team as well. My advice to anyone who rent a car that they should take lots of photos to use them as a reference for future needs. However there will be no perfect car rental company in the whole entire world there will be also some hiccups here and there. But sometimes I had to keep a blind eye about little things. So do bare it in mind that you will find some problems but you need to be a good communicator with the office so they can sort out things for you very smoothly. Some issues are encountered like when I got the car I had some tyre valve issue then I repaired it with my local garage I sent them the receipt immediatelyand they reimbursed me back again plus Bluetooth problem so I could not play my own music or customers music plus headlights bulbs problems and heating problems so when I reported the matter they directed me to their official repairer garage called HiQ autocar repair centre in the same business park area Enfield. but they were absolutely dreadful with my treatment. So I went back to the office and complained about them and they redirected me to another garage in Edmonton they were very professional and they dealt with this problem smoothly. During my rental period I had the privilege of unlimited mileage use so I did not need to worry about it. The other issue was when I rented the car I had a 20 pound off as a promotion but by not checking the invoices regularly after 8 weeks it stopped and then I was charged a full amount of £260. Then I contacted them and I ask them why this £20 has disappeared from my invoices they said we have only promotion for eight weeks but I wasn't aware of that prior to this then I lost 40 pounds for 2 weeks and they reviewed the promotion again and I had it back but I did not get a refund for the 40 pound I lost. I had the car for 80 days so I highly recommend you the access waiver for 25 pound a week it's worth value for money and for the peace of your mind. But you need to report any issue otherwise you will be still liable for an excessive money payment. My final advice is keep an eye on dropping off at the airport as I had three tickets by forgetting to pay the drop of charges so either do it automatically or pay money as a deposit for the drop off so you don't miss any. There will be charging you 15 pound for administration fees if you had any PCN's. Thankfully I returned the car now and everything was smooth. The end of contract was very smooth so I highly recommend this company so I know for a fact if I needed a car for the future I would come back to them. Finally I'm just waiting for my deposit of £300 it will take 28 days to come back to me And good luck with your work.
