I have been with kj pco for two years now, I have had an accident today and they gave me a like for like replacement car. Shah and Syed have made the process very efficient, easy and stress free. Great company and never had any issues.

First of all I’d like to say no company is perfect, nevertheless, my 5 star review is based upon how the members of staff handled me. Josh Patel and Alice Garner, were extremely helpful. I know I wasn’t the easiest of customers and I had a few demands, but Josh handled every task put to him very well and in a professional manor. Alice was very efficient in sending over the necessary documents I needed to get me on the road and when changes needed to be made, she willingly assisted me. I’ve read a few of the negative comments that have been made and I admit I was a bit skeptical at first. But what I experienced was not a true reflection of those negative comments at all!!! I wish the team at KJ all the best and I have every faith that they will continue to deliver a very good service. ALEX

I've just finished my contract with KJ pco, I have had the car with them for 4 years. It has been a very fruitful journey with them, I have nothing but respect for everyone here. From the people in operations the lead Shah and account managers Alice and Syed, fleet team Hazar. Josh and Serpil have also been great. I have recommended many people here and will look to get another car from them when the time is right. Great great team and great company.

Misleading online advertisement of the rental price. The urgency to get your paperwork and your deposit before you get to view the car you might be interested in ! Don't expect a TEST Drive! Dont expect the car to be Valet clean! From day one the "car maintenance light " was on and the heating not working 🤦‍♀️. This issue alone will affect your rating when riders complain about the coldness of your car. Throughout my 17 weeks rental, 16000 Miles and £4845 car rental expenses ! My car was not serviced has per the rental agreement! They only seem to follow the rental agreement when it suit them and charging you for things other business dont! If you have any issue with the car be prepared to be the middle man between you a the garage or the windscreen repair guys. Because sending email and phone call does not mean the car will be repaired. On returning the car today they invoiced me £48 to wash the car and £750 for a red mark done by a third party even though I had ZEROOOO excess insurance 😳 They didn't mention this part ! NOR IS IT ANYWHERE IN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT !! They called it unreported damage ...I call it a SCAM ! Would I recommend them ? Absolutely not ! Use "Professional Well know Brand" not amateur disguised as such! I deserved better and I lowered my standard and let my rider down by using their service. I had an accident and upon exchange they refused to give me another vehicle and said it will take 4 weeks to get the deposit back. They also refused to return the 5 days rent. After about 5 weeks they deducted £78 from the deposit claiming a tyre had a nail. Contrarily, when I got the car it had a nail and upon calling they said we do not cover punctures.

Very unprofessional. I made appointment with them by confirming everything. After going there they said sorry we don’t have this car. Although they confirmed me before. The person who was dealing seems to me didn’t go to school. Does not care about coustomer . It just waste of time
