I’ve been with KJ for a 7 months and I’d say the car and staff did a good job but the greedy management ruined my impressions. The fact you’re having a contract doesn’t mean anything and they’ll change the financial terms however and whenever they want. We’ve signed a contract for 250gbp weekly plus insurance. A few weeks after I’ve received an email saying the new price is 260 - not a big deal. But what made me stop working with them was another email at Friday evening saying from Monday on there is a change in a way they’ll count the miles. It used to be 1000 miles per week from the day you get the car till the final day. The change they did was counting from Monday till Sunday which doesn’t make any sense as every driver knows some weeks are busy, others not at all and you can’t predict the exact mileage. And if you go above they charge you 25p per mile but if you have less than 1000 miles per week they’ll not refund you the difference! I had to pay 300+ weekly for something that I didn’t sign in my contract! Stay away from this company if you want to save your money. There is plenty of better offers and companies even for the first time drivers.
