The quality of the porch and front door is excellent. It looks really good and is strong. There were Covid-19 delays of around 6 weeks from the initially agreed installation date. However, if you can wait, it is worth it.

Good friendly service. Installation held up by covid restrictions but once lifted, installation happened very quickly.

Thank you for the repairs carried out today, your engineer was very polite and wore all the right ppe to make me feel safe in my home while he was here.

The salesperson on the day was inexperienced and sent out alone, but did his best. However the fitter was fast pleasant and left no mess. I would use smiths glass again.

Very good outcome. Fitter fixed new security door and window in garage was very professional and carried out the job in a timely fashion dealing with various obstacles on the day with minimal fuss. Generally good experience from start to end, although sales was a bit pushy.. but maybe should expect that of any company in such a competitive industry. Will consider using them again.

Having ordered new doors dates were provided for fitting on three occasions but we were let down. When the doors finally arrived and fitted we were very pleased with them

A 15 year old sealed unit misted up. Smith's, the original installers/suppliers, replaced the unit within a few weeks, despite the limitations imposed by Covid19. All the other original sealed units installed at the same time are OK

Very efficient work and cleaned everything after work done. Quality Material as well.

Relatively pleased with the work only issue was no brochure was shown on 1st visit, but was soon rectified once speaking to the office then a brochure was provided online.

We had Rob round to go over about facias and soffits lovely bloke but we found it very awkward We couldn’t ask any questions but needed the work done jason the fitter came around what an amazing bloke done a really good job and if we have any more work done I will be calling for smiths for the job

We recently had Smith’s to replace a single window; this was the third time we have used this company as we have always been very satisfied with their workmanship and professionalism. This last job was booked for March, but unfortunately had to be cancelled due to lockdown. Smith’s were prompt to contact us with a new booking as soon as restrictions were eased. Our installer was very efficient, thorough and tidy and we were amazed at how quickly he completed the whole job. We would recommend Smith’s Windows to friends and family without hesitation.

My husband & I are pleased to be able to participate in this review. Right from the date we met the young salesman ( Rahat) who was pleasant polite & professional we decided once we were made aware of the cost that we would go ahead with the work being done. The 2 guys that installed the fascias & guttering were Jason & Mike. They arrived promptly on the agreed date and we were impressed with their work during the 2 days they were with us. They were both polite, cheerful and worked hard to finish the job clearing up as they went along . We are pleased with the work &quality of the material used . We would have no hesitation in recommending Smiths to family & friends.
