A very easy booking system allowing additional requirements ie when best times to visit etc. Followed up with an excellent email invoice and payment facility resulting in an immediate download of a completed certificate. I will certainly use again and thoroughly recommend MultiCerts to all landlords looking for a simple but efficient inspection and certification scheme. Oh! the price was very competitive as well.
