I booked through Multicerts' website and arranged a time slot for the next morning, to service my boiler and do a gas safety check to issue a certificate. The engineer arrived as arranged, giving me an hour's advance notice by phone of his expected arrival time. He was pleasant and polite, and gave me confidence he knew what he was doing and was going to do it properly. Later in the day I received an email for payment, after which access to my certificate was immediately available. I am very happy with their work, and at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services next time and recommend to others. A good job, thank you. NOTE: When booking, they talk about your boiler, and they talk about appliances. In case you're in any doubt, if you book to have say your boiler checked and your kitchen hob as well, that counts as 2 appliances; you could interpret from their website that you want a boiler check plus 1 appliance, but it's not, the boiler is counted as an appliance, so you have 2 appliances. Now you know ;0)
