I had to get a gas certificate & an EPC done on a rented property. I had never used or even heard of MultiCerts til I did a Google search. After reading reviews I thought I would try booking both appointments online. It was so simple, in fact so easy I was a bit sceptical. Great communication with the office - arranged the whole thing from an overseas location with queries answered promptly. Reasonable charges given central London call out at short notice.
