I had a positive experience with Multicerts when I needed landlord certificates for our rental property. Their platform was incredibly user-friendly, making the entire process a breeze. What really impressed me was that they sent the certificates on the same day as inspection – talk about efficiency! Moreover, the level of professionalism was top-notch. The engineer (Jacob) even called ahead of the appointment and to top it off, their prices were extremely competitive. I can't recommend them enough for their outstanding service. I must also commend Jessica for her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly accommodating and patiently answered every question I had. Her knowledge and willingness to assist made the entire process even smoother especially after a previous company let me down! Highly recommended!

The website told me they don't cover my area at the point that I got to checkout - please do this check right at the start when I come to your website, NOT after I've spent ages on your website / reading reviews / selecting my services and appointment date. I even Googled MultiCerts and went through your FAQ and no where does it mention what area you cover.
