Engineer arrived mid his 4hr time slot and efficiently tested my gas devices for safety inspection. Most other companies wanted to be paid upfront, days in advance, ridiculous. Paid on completion, cert emailed through next day. Would recommend.

After two other gas engineers let me down, John saved the day! I was starting to despair as I needed a landlord's Safety Certificate and lived miles from the property. One local and one massive London company cancelled at the last minute and on the day, but John was early! (He did check that it was ok). It was a painless process, and a shiny certificate was emailed within the hour. He will be my go to from now on.

John was incredibly responsive to my text messages, he arranged the visit for the certification directly with my tenant and my tenant said John was very professional and pleasant. Overall a great experience. I will use him again.

I felt a little duped. Landlord certs are usually around £35 for the boiler with addition charged for other appliances. Multicerts charge £35 with an additional charge for the boiler and again for appliances. So I ended up paying more than I normally do. Just double check what you are getting before committing. Having had a dialogue with John from Multicerts, I am happy to report that John has been diligent in addressing my complaint and keen to understand my point. John has promised to make changes to the options on his website to reflect this. All in all John has gone above and beyond to support and work with me. He has also offered a reduction to my next certificate as a financial offering.
